"We spent 17 nights at this home. Very clean, well maintained, fully equipped, comfortable beds. It was the perfect size for our family of 3. The location was perfect. We spent many days in the water next to the long dock. There were plenty of kayaks available. The flats in front of the home were perfect for bonefishing. The people of Cherokee are very friendly. There was a grocery store within walking distance. Glenn was a gracious host. He was there any time we had a question. Check in and check out were easy. Excited to stay again. "

She made sure we were aware of a short electric outage and the house was completely supplied with flashlights and battery operated lanterns for an outage. Superlative flyfishing for bonefish with Marty Sawyer out of Cherokee. Visiting with a local Manatee. Snorkeling, fishing, and lobstering with Walker Wong from Casuarina Point. Thanksgiving lobster dinner delivered to our house at an incredibly reasonable price. Wade-fishing the flat in front of our VRBO for one of the biggest bonefish I've caught. "

"The property and house were beautiful and well-maintained. The power tends to go out on the island frequently so sometimes it was not ideal for cooking…Shallow water here, which is good for fishing, but not so much for swimming. We floated in shallow water most often. "
