"Excellent few days staying a Ned's Landing!!!"

"A great property for 6 to 8 people! Super clean, a very cool floor and spiral staircase on the main level, beautiful views, timely communication with hosts and the hot tub is a lovely treat at the end of a busy day. Having 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms is amazing and so convenient! We had everything we needed here from towels to a fully stocked kitchen. We did bring an air mattress rather than using the fold out couch, but thay was just our personal preference. If you like to sleep with more than one pillow, you may want to bring extras but again, that's just personal preference. We were very pleased with this location and would definitely return!"

"We appreciated the view of the ocean and sights of many beautiful birds. The private and quiet setting allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our stay. The swimming pool was a great bonus which we took advantage off. Bothwell beach was stunning and just a short 2 min drive from the cottage. The cottage itself was spacious and was well equipped."

"Friendly and greeted by owner David at check in.. He show us around and explained where everything is. Very nice property location and beautiful view, and beach is in short walking distance. Kitchen available if one like to use for personal cooking. Nice size frig in ones room for day travels needs Our room on ground level with two clean share bathroom with shower. Overall my personal nightly stay rating is 10/10. "

"Clean, quiet, and comfortable! Good location to explore the eastern part of the island. Charlottetown is just over an hour away. Beds were comfortable. AC was really nice for the humidity. Friendly staff. Fridge in the room is handy for small food items but cannot fit a medium sized pizza box from Greco Pizza. Restaurants in Souris close at 8, so you gotta plan your evenings accordingly. View of the ocean was nice each morning and evening. I really liked staying here and would definitely stay again!"
