"The facility was clean, furnished tastefully but simply, with very modern bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, easy walk to Centro. No breakfast is included and there is no coffee machine in the room. While there are phone contacts available, there is no physical presence of any staff (except for cleaning), and entrance and exit are all done digitally. "82 steps to your room, I understand no elevators however this should be clearly stated. A room on the 4th floor with 82 steps when travelling with elderly parents is not good "

"Very friendly staff, plenty of great restaurants within easy walking distance. It is also within easy walking distance of the train station, but be warned the footpaths are very bumpy and not ideal for wheeled suitcases, nothing to do with the hotel, but something to note. Very comfy beds, and air conditioning to keep them cool, rooms are definitely dated and a bit rundown but kept very clean & tidy. Good little breakfast room as well."
