"Excellent restaurant which was a pleasant surprise, nice grounds to exercise the dog only small quibble was €30 charge per night for dog to stay which appears to have shot up since Covid🤔. Very close to motorway network so straight back onto to journey following morning. "

"This is such a beautiful home. It is located in a quiet area close to the center of Poitiers. The house is very large, so there was plenty of room for us to spread out. Phillipe is such a wonderful host. He was so incredibly kind and generous with his time. He drove all the way from Paris to meet us. We arrived early, so he had a friend meet us at the house to make sure we were able to get in. We had so much fun getting to know Phillipe. We wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely plan on going back and staying longer."

"The hotel is right beside the A20 motorway so is great for an overnighter, but is in the middle of a retail/industrial area with very few facilities and a slightly edgy feel. The staff were great and the food in the restaurant was fine but the choice was basic and limited."

"After I checked in at night I found the wifi didn't work. There was no one at the reception to help me. The next morning I whent to the reception again to ask about the wifi. The clerk signaled she did not understand English. She miraculously learned English instantly when she asked me to pay a € 1.76 fee. I had just arrived from Holland where the 1 cent coins don't circulate anymore so I gave he € 1.75. She refused to accept it withe the 1 cent missing so I gave her €1.80. She got angry when I asked for my change. "
