QC Grand Hotel Roma

"We love this place. This was our third time. It is a great environment, especially if you have to travel out of the Fumachino airport the next day. It's the best place to stay with happy hours in your spa robe as well as all types of spas, a gym and fantastic food, and probably one of the best buffet breakfast around."

"we were only there for the night and used the GYM/fitness are which was nice to have available. We ate at the restaurant which we felt was way to expensive for what you get and the food was not very good and we were served all at different times which was frustrating. The pasta was good but very small portion for 20 EURO! we had to keep asking for cutlery, we were given the our pasta first and then it was snatched out from under us and we were told it was delivered to us by mistake but the started my son ordered was left and he ate without us and then our starters came. The gelato was terrible .... do NOT order it. It was very disappointing as it had no flavour and was hard!! our meal should have been comped or at least reduced but that was not offered to us even though I reported the problems."

"Hotel was ok. Nothing special really. Pool could do with some umbrellas around the pool as the only shade is around the corner in a sitting area. Also has a rule you must wear a swimming cap. No public transport to hotel so can be costly to and from via taxi. 30€ to airport or train station, but once at the station, it’s only about 45 mins into travestare. $75 in a cab all the way."

"Were able to use the shuttle service, for a charge, for pick up at the Rome airport. He was waiting for us when we arrived. Also offered a shuttle to the ship. Staff was pleasant and helpful with walking directions around the property."
