"What a great place! Cecilia and her team are awesome for the logistics and the property is wonderful. Great south facing terrace with a lovely table to sit and enjoy coffee or wine. Two great rooms on the main floor accessed by an elevator. One king room and one room with twin beds, plus one bathroom. Second king room and bathroom are up a steep staircase so plan accordingly. Great location just down from the main square… step walking in Fermo so wear comfy shoes. "

"Beautiful old house turned into hotel with the owner living on site and many common areas freely assessable to any patrons. Library, coffee room and lovely balcony to sit, read, enjoy the view. Literally 1 minute walk to Fermo central square with good restaurants and opportunity to watch the local world walk by. Also 2 major attractions nearby massive ancient Roman cisterns and an old palace with impressive ancient library and a 12 foot high globe of the world from the 1700s"
