New studio - downtown

New cozy studio very well arranged with all the necessary comfort for your stay. Close to all amenities, shops, restaurants, public transport, train station, schools, Marques Avenue. Small place nearby with free parking. You will be welcomed whatever your country of origin, the owners including French, English, German, Portuguese.
The studio is located on the ground floor, in a very quiet pedestrian street (former Way of the Cross). No access for people with reduced mobility.
The studio is equipped with a sliding double bed under the platform supporting the dining / kitchen area; in closed position it becomes a sofa overlooking the TV.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob 2 burners, a fridge with freezer, a combined oven / microwave, a hood, an express coffee machine capsules, a kettle and many cupboards.
The dining area can accommodate 2 guests and has two high stools.
The bathroom is equipped with a sink / WC / shower cabin.
The studio is one of three housing units of a small private building classified heritage.
Access to the common hall is by digicode.
The owners, José and Coralie, do not live near the accommodation but are only 5 minutes away in the same town and always reachable by phone.

Petit studio bien agencé et propre. Proche des commerces. Un seul hic , pas assez de vaisselle. Difficile de cuisiner avec une seule casserole et une poêle.

Nous avons passé un très agréable week-end dans cet appartement entièrement refait à neuf et très bien équipé. Idéalement situé au coeur de ville, places de parking gratuit toutes proches. Le petit détail qui fait la différence : le lit qui coulisse sous le coin cuisine est bien plus agréable qu'un simple clic-clac. Frigo et chauffage en marche à notre arrivée, prouvent l'attention particulière portée par le très sympathique propriétaire. Merci José et bonne continuation. Yves et Natalia

L'appartement est conforme à la description et José à été très sympathique et disponible. L'appartement est situé en centre ville et le lieu est calme. Nous recommandons ce logement et l'hôte bien évidemment.
