This is my third time in Hotel Chapter, so it is excellent choice in terms of location, staff, and amenities. It is better than what it advertised to be. So yea I highly recommend it! Did I mention that all the staff, literally in all shifts and everywhere in the hotel are amazing?

It was a great experience right from booking to checking out. Although we didn’t meet the hosts personally they were extremely friendly and helpful and quick to respond. The room was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Fantastic location, short walk to the Colosseum and plenty of restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

The owner was very accommodating and went out of her way to help. Very communicative.

Relais Rione Ponte was a perfect location. It was everything we dreamed of for our elopement trip to Rome. We flew into town from Chicago via London Heathrow. This cannot be written quickly. Some things on the hotels.com web site were not so clear, but I booked because of the high user rating. First: it is not that easy to find, unless you know there is no sign. This is a B&B in a larger apartment building. Simply get to Scanderbeg Piazza and look for the number inscribed in the walls of the buildings. HT6 staff went above and beyond making us welcome and comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety and was very enjoyable. We stayed at Relais Maddalena Camere for two nights last week. The staff there were incredibly welcoming, and the room we had was exceptional. The ceilings must have been 15 feet high, or more, and decorated with a wonderful design. Our beds were very comfortable, and beautiful. This property was very convenient for touring the Colosseum and for the train station. The elevator makes it easy as well. Valeria was a pleasure to be around.

If your plan includes seeing the center of Rome on foot, stay here. If you want to take in the ancient sites....stay here. If you want to find unique shops in small, old alleys....stay here. What a great central location to spring into Rome from! You can even book a car to pick you up at the Airport through the hotel. The unique thing about Hotel Lunetta is the staff. My husband and I were ill and they arranged a doctor to come and see us. They made sure we had a breakfast packed as we had to be at the airport for departure at 3 am. Friendly, supportive and in love with one of the oldest hotels out of two in Rome. I really can't say enough nice things about this hotel. For the low price we paid, I can't believe how great the hotel was. We paid over double for several other hotels that were AWFUL. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It's brand-new - not the building, but the interior. We had a very good check in experience. This is the place if you want to experience the true Rome in an apartment in what must be one of the busiest places in central Rome. Its very exciting. Easy walking to all the main attractions. There is no reception so check in is all electronic which is fairly easy to navigate even for non tech savvy like us. There are dozens of restaurants nearly and sits above the third most highly rated gelato shop in Rome.
