Easy access, walkable from amenities. Breakfast was delicious. The only down side was no housekeeping, so no fresh towels or toilet paper.

This property said it included breakfast but it did not the first day (Sunday) as the cafe was closed. Also the building is not easy to find and taxis cannot easily get to the main door. Neighbourhood felt a little sketchy.

The room was very small, dirty, cracked walls, the window in the bathroom doesn't close, it's not a 2 star hotel, it's a hostel. After one night we had to change the hotel, which was known to be very stressful. I'm not recommended this place

Partendo dal fatto che le stanze sono davvero caustrofobiche , il letto utilizzato era rotto c9me la tv e i telecomandi , per non parlare del wifi che dice gratis ma non esiste , il bagno è piccolissimo e nella mia stanza non potevi sederti sul water che le gambe urtavano il muro , la mattina ci siamo alzati distrutti affamati e assetati perche non ce nulla dentro la stanza , allora ci siamo preparati per farci una doccia ma l'acqua non usciva , morale.della favola volevamo passare una giornata a roma e invece siamo tormati a casa

Die Unterkunft hat eine zentrale Lage und gute Verkehrsanbindung. Die Toilette konnte drei Tage lang nicht genutzt werden, da die Spülung defekt war. Aus dem Duschkopf kamen kaum Wasser. In der Küche hatten wir Küchenschaben.

For early flight departures at Fumiccio

Relatively clean room a few minutes away from the train station. Convenient for reaching the airport. The facilities are however challenging to find and the neighborhood does not inspire a great sense of safety.

Rooms were large and spacious. Disagree with placement of twin beds in large room with balcony and queen in smaller room Easy access to balcony not safe for younger children. No toiletries provided and hot water in shower difficult to regulate. Access difficult to navigate without advance procedures to check-in. The apartment was not clean. The “breakfast” was a coffee and croissant served at bar 3 min away. No coupon vouchers were provided as stated in email, but bar staff were friendly and accommodating. Piramade metro station only 10-minute walk. Hotel not located in ZTL.

Worth the money

We have booked a two-bedroom apartment. Location is good, near to Ostiense station and not far from Pyramide subway station. Simple apartment, worth the money. Wi-fi is good. Minuses: cockroaches in the kitchen; bathroom's door had no lock; hot water was not stable - sometimes heater did not start working.

Pros: Spacious apartment, complimentary breakfast, quiet and private. Cons: Somewhat complicated remote check-in process, no on-site manager, cockroaches found (not addressed by manager), internet down for entire trip (not addressed by manager), single small shower stall, on 7th floor of apartment building with small service elevator. Overall: What should have been a good experience ruined by poor management service and non-functioning amenities.

Relatively cheap so-called B&B

A small number of rooms in a flat in a multi-storey residential building. The owners are not on site and access is via a keycode - apparently guests are supposed to receive the code via mail in advance, though I had to ring the proprietor to get the code. Rooms are tiny and basic, though functional. Breakfast is served in a bar ca 5min away and is typically Italian - a coffee and sweet croissant. Guests need to hand in a voucher that is supposedly provided by the B&B, though for six nights I only received three vouchers.

Semester

Det var rent i lägenheten, lite för varmt i rummen som inte hade AC, men annars var det bra. Vi fick hjälp när vi anlände. Frukosten var inte bra, då det egentligen bara var en croissant, så det betyder egentligen att man måste handla frukost för att klara sig under dagen. Hade inget speciellt förutom AC. Låg 2,5 km gång promenad till Coloseum annars så var det nära till en mataffär och väldigt många gatukök. Men i överlag så var det okey. Inget direkt fel. Förutom distans kanske lite och frukosten.
