Mixed Review - Great location only a block l away from Temini train station. - Very basic room,although had a nice power shower pod. - Although had a TV, the only thing you could watch was YouTube. - Clean, other than discovering a pair of boxer shorts on our arrival. - Property needs updating in places like worn and torn carpets in corridor.

Location is near Termini, but on a surprisingly pleasant, tree-lined street. Staff was extremely helpful: storing luggage on get-away day, helping with carrying suitcases down stairs, etc. Considering the reasonable price, a very good place to stay.

This hotel is nothing fancy but in a great location if Termini is your starting point. The bathrooms are nice. If you’re looking for a quiet place, this is not it….lots of traffic and street noise…Sadi was a good host.

Good place for 1 night near train station

This was a place to stay near the train station after my flight from the US. It satisfied what I needed, which was a place to sleep, a good shower, and close to the train station. This place isn’t really a hotel – – it’s more like they bought an apartment and then split it up into rooms. The gentleman at reception met me at the door and carried my luggage up which I very much appreciated. I would stay here again.

The building is safe, we have three keys for main building gate, inner gate and unit gate. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Bed is comfortable. The location is very convenient, nearby many restaurants and metro train station. There is a big shopping center in the train station. The only thing that I wish the property had is the elevator. We had two luggage’s and three big backpacks, there is no elevator in this building, we had to move down the luggages and backpacks from fourth floor on our departure day.

The location can not be beat and the service was good. Unfortunately it is 7 flights of stairs to the room. Something to keep in mind if you're not very mobile. The bathroom was also very basic. And small. And the shower had no place to put soap or shampoo. Traffic outside the window is intrusive. The nature of the neighborhood.

Everything was bad from the start. The receptionist was on the second floor with no elevators. It seems smoking was allowed as the hallway was full of cigarettes smoking. The booked room was on the 5th floor with no elevators as I said before. The room was cramped , With very little waking space in the room. The toilet could not be flushed as not enough water was coming from the tank. We tried to get intouch with the receptionist but it was closed for the night. We tried to cancel the booking but was took that it was non refundable. We couldn't stay for the second night so we booked another hotel. Beware of this hotel.

Very conveniently located and kind, helpful staff but the building is a bit run down, especially the bathroom. Having said that, it’s a very cost effective way to stay in Rome for a couple of nights. Extremely close to train and metro, supermarket and eateries. Heads up - no lift.

First, calling this a hotel is a stretch - it is a room in an apartment building a doesn’t match the photos on Expedia at all. The lobby is the living room and kitchen. Thus, it is never quiet, whether it be the noise outside, the noise in the lobby (front door slamming and family who runs the hotel talking), or the other apartment residents rearranging furniture on a Sunday morning. What’s more, they walked in on myself and my girlfriend undressed without knocking just to end up not even cleaning the room after which was dirty as the shower had a major leak and would flood the bathroom whenever it was used. As we attempted to fix the leak we found a bug due to their lack of cleaning. Furthermore, when we were packing our things to leave before checkout they knocked on our door every 5 minutes for the last thirty minutes before checking out despite us telling them we were actively packing. Finally, to top it off, the heat didn’t work or was turned off. The first day we asked how to turn the heat on and received verbal directions which we followed and were wrong. The heat finally did work briefly and weakly but quickly malfunctioned (I suspect turned off) leading to extremely cold temperatures which caused us to become sick. Avoid this “hotel” at all costs. It shouldn’t even be on Expedia in my opinion. I have stayed at other similarly priced hotels in Italy and have had none of these problems.

Terrible...

We had a terrible experience at this place. First of all, this cannot even be called an hotel. It is on the fourth floor of some shady apartment building, with no elevator... When we got to our room it was warm and smelly, in addition the toilet seat was stained. There was no warm water in the shower, and the shower head was broken. We gave them the benefit of the doubt because of the price, however we ended up having to book another hotel because after coming back from lunch the staff had been to our room and turned the AC off and opened the windows, in 32 degrees weather! Do NOT recommend.

Aire acondicionado funcionaba. La cama buena, tanto colchon como ropa de cama. Todo limpio. Muy cerca de termini. Si cierras las ventanas totalmente no entra nada de luz y no escuchamos mucho ruido en la calle. Si solo buscas un sitio para dormir cumple, si quieres pasar tiempo en la habitación no lo recomiendo. Es poco atractivo visualmente y anticuado. Hay que subir varios pisos a pie para llegar a la habitación.
