-The cheap price you would pay, the owner will find anyway to double it in the day before your stay begins, then you cannot find another hotel (this is staged and planned already). -Very dirty -Room full of insects, beds full of hair. -Hot water not always available. -Cubicle shower next to bed, makes room a humid place where germs can exist and thrive. -Breakfast is totally different than any one in any hotel ever, it is just a pile of kid snacks Nutella, bananas, chocolate bars and toast, not even Croissants as we are in Italy. -Coffee machine is incredibly dirty, hotwater kettle is awful and disgusting. -Bed covers are tattered, worn out have holes i can guess very rarely been washed. -Zero customer service, Zero professionalism. -Bad English

asdålig hotell

hotellet var asdålig. det står att de har frukost och första dagen såg vi en talrik med en gammal croasant. och när jag började klaga så fick vi ett ägg, bröd, mjölk och banan de andra 3 dagarna. när det gäller sängen så låter de så mycket att man vaknat mitt i natten. och ducshen ligger bredvid sängen i alla rum ( det finns inget badkar som på bilderna) och det luktar så mycket avlopp så vi bytte rum. badrummet är dammig och det luktar avlopp. man har rökt i rummen och det luktar äckligt! helt enkelt inget av det som står på beskrivningen finns i verkligheten!

Me parece pésimo que la propiedad en su información no especifique que no recibe clientes después de cierto horario, perdimos nuestro dinero ya que el encargado de recibirnos no solo nos quería cobrar extra por recibirnos después de 00 sino que aparte después de 1:30 no nos recibió. Pésimo. No recomiendo este lugar y su atención es pésima.

STATE ALLA LARGA!

Camere in un appartamento al secondo piano, servizio e reception terribili con un signore in maglietta ed infradito scortese, sporco e nervoso che neanche sapeva parlare bene italiano. Mura scrostate, letto abbastanza comodo ma senza coperte e lenzuola scadenti, bagno minuscolo con gabinetti chimici, ambiente rumorosissimo dato che trattasi di un grande appartamento, colazione inesistente. Prezzi abbastabza buoni in generale ma rapporto qualita’ prezzo ugualmente pessimo. Esperienza da non ripetere. Da non consigliare.

An der Unterkunft hat uns nichts gefallen überall schmutz keine Ablagen in den Zimmern kein Schrank aus der Dusche kamen 3 Tropfen Wasser. Der Straßenverkehr vor dem Haus so laut das mann nur bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen konnte und selbst dann war es laut in den Zimmern. Das was als Frühstück angeboten wurde war eine Frechheit. Dieses teil ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

This was a very pleasant stay for my wife and I in Rome. Aida Charming Rooms had everything that was needed as well as a community kitchen/bar area with provided coffee and pastries. Roberta was very accommodating to our needs and our last minute request to stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

Perfect city getaway

Aida rooms is a perfect location should you not mind sampling traditional Roma lifestyle. Located in a block of flats on the 2nd floor. This apartment has now been converted into 5 contemporary ensuite rooms, with a tasteful twist. They are located approxamately 30 mins from Roma centre and that means a 10/15 min pleasant walk to the tram stop and a 15/20 tram journey right into the city centre. Parking is free on the local streets but I opted to park the car in a secure underground 24hour car park. Someone is there 24 hours a day and this cost me €10 per 24 hours. This is located 5 mins walk away. 5 mins walk away from Aida charming rooms is a small square like and it has a number of local coffee shops and other convenient stores. We enjoyed our stay and will return again.

decisamente unsoggiorno da ricordare. per l'eleganza della camera e il resto. appena entri, c'è cristina che ti attende, e con molta professionalità e gentilezza. ci accompagna in camera, molto spaziosa, non ho mai dormito in un materasso cosi comodo! la prima colazione è ottima, con cornetti caldi e da bere te lo prepara cristina, mentre chiacchiera piacevolmente. se dovessi tornare a roma, so già dove soggiornare! peccato che si posssano dare solo 5 stelle!!

Aida Charming Rooms oli todella miellyttävä kokemus, sillä huoneet olivat todella siistit ja kauniit. Henkilökunta lämmin ja palvelu tosi ystävällistä. Myös ilmainen wifi helpotti reissun toteuttamista. Ainoana miinuspuolena oli hotellin etäisyys Rooman keskustasta, mutta kulkuyhteydet raitiovaunulla (ja ilmeisesti myös bussilla, jota ei kuitenkaan käytetty) olivat hyvät. Matka tosin kesti n. 20 min. Kaikenkaikkiaan suosittelen Aida Charming Roomsia!

Nice B&B - a little far from the centre

The B&B is very clean and the owner is very busy fulfilling every wish of her guests! Thank you for that! Nevertheless it was a little too far outside the centre (it takes you at least 30 minutes, sometimes even more to reach the centre). That's the reason why I would not recommend it.

Great hospitality, Room condition is very good!

The staff are really helpful and friendly, and they are willing to take care of your needs. The room condition is wonderful, everything is clean and rather new. My room looks exactly the same as the photos. Although it is not located at the centre of Rome, it has good transportation connection so it is not a big problem for me. I would say I have enjoyed a supreme-quality stay in Rome without paying a hefty price. Wonderful hotel!
