Sweetest couple that owns/runs this property. They were quick to reach out after booking to offer assistance in getting to the property, also arranged for our ride back to the airport upon departure. We had a great stay, great room, clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet and stocked generously. They even sent us off the next morning with a bag of snacks for our long journey home. Highly recommend!

This is a nice "Mom & Pop" hotel and it was simply perfect for a one-night stay prior to flying out of Fiumicino. This husband and wife team welcomed us upon check-in and it was clear from the start that they took great pride in their small operation! The room had everything we needed, was super clean and was thoughtfully laid out and stocked. The lady handed us a nice goody bag at check-out, which further showed they cared. Next trip to Rome we will be staying here again.

We needed a place to stay the night before our morning flight out of Rome and we couldn't have been more happy with Albis Guest Rooms. The grounds were very well maintained, the room looked to be brand new and recently remodeled, the proprieters were very helpful and even wrote on a map where we could walk to dinner and how to get to the rental car return. I'm not sure if they get multiple night guests but I would definitely consider staying longer. Secured parking and grounds.

Absolutely wonderful! Bed was super comfortable and room was very clean! Owners/staff were super sweet and packed us a breakfast/snacks for our early flight. Would definitely recommend!

Last year we chose to come stay the night near the airport. We chose Albis by reviews. The owners were so accommodating made our stay special. We checked in dropped off our luggage freshened up and went to the many restaurants to eat. Brought our rental back and taxied back to hotel. The next morning the taxi picked us up at 5:45 the owner was up and helped with our luggage to the waiting taxi all arranged by them. Wonderful room clean and great stay.

Roberta and her husband are THE sweetest people!! The rooms were spotless, everything was immaculate and exactly as pictured in their listing. They made sure we had the best time in town, thoroughly explaining where to go and how to get there. My only regret is staying only one evening as we had an early flight the next morning, but next time, I'll make sure to stay a few days at Albis before heading to Rome! Fumicino is a hidden gem! Also, they gave us treat bags when we left so we would have snacks on the plane. So very thoughtful! ❤️ This place is a must to book and promise you won't be disappointed.

Due to a late flight cancellation, we very fortunately got a room at Albis suites. The staff were sooooo very kind, accommodating and attentive. They stayed up late to settle us in, the suite was pristine, so comfortable and every detail looked after. They even organized at 4am taxi for us! It was late dark when we arrived, and dark in the morning when we left, and despite a stressful scenario, we almost felt finding this space was a blessing in disguise.

Quite possibly the most charming hosts that we have ever encountered. Pretty much every possible amenity was considered and provided, and the hosts were very flexible in providing the best customer service possible. They also gave an unusually generous amount of complimentary snacks and drinks throughout the stay, to include for our early AM flight which they also woke up early for us. The rooms are very charming and clean. Will easily be staying here again for future visits to Rome!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the best hospitality experiences we have ever had! The hosts were incredibly kind, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel truly cared for. They gave us so much helpful information about restaurants in the area and made sure our room was stocked with everything we could possibly need, and even more. What touched us most was the morning of our departure. Knowing we were heading to the airport, they prepared a bag of food for us to take along and eat on the way. Such a thoughtful and generous gesture! Their kindness and attention to detail made our stay very special. We felt more like welcomed guests than hotel customers. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. A very well-deserved 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Grazie mille Roberta e Armando ❤️

Excellent accommodation close to Rome Fiumicino (FCO) airport. Our thoughtful hosts provided everything you could possibly need: spotlessly clean, large room with quality bedding, a fully stocked (complimentary!) refrigerator, even a luggage scale! They were so helpful, taking the time to show us routes to nearby shops/restaurants, and the rental car return at the airport. They helped us carry our suitcases to/from the car, and sent us off on our journey with a large snack pack for our flight home. Truly exceptional service and great value!

We stayed here for a 2nd time at the end of our Italy trip. Everything was perfect! Staff were so wonderful and helped arrange a taxi for us at 4:30AM. I highly recommend staying here if you need a comfortable place to stay by the airport.
