Nice for a budget stay

It is inside a beautiful mini housing community. The room was clean and spacious but the shower head had some issue, so I could not really enjoy my shower there. The place is not easy to be located but the staff there were friendly.

Personnel very nice. However, I did not know I would have to walk up and down stairs with luggage. There was no soap for the shower. Air-conditioning was not very good. The cot provided for the third person in the room was not comfortable.

All’esterno non dai un soldo di fiducia, mentre al suo interno le camere sono molto pulite e graziose, l’unica cosa purtroppo è che non c’è parcheggio ed è difficile da trovare anche nelle strade limitrofi, poi se lo trovi è a pagamento, io l’ho lasciata una sola notte davanti ad un paso carrabile e credetemi ho dormito male per paura di non trovarla più al mattino.

El establecimiento es muy bueno en lineas generales, a 100 metros de estación de metro, a 300 metros de la ciudad del vaticano y 10 minutos de la estación de trenes (Roma Termini). Muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. El desayuno excelente. El personal puede hablar distintos idiomas. Llegar es sencillo aunque quizá podrían señalizar un poco mejor la ubicación del hospedaje fuera del edificio.

It is a hotel inside the Community, no hotel sign on the road, you can only find the hotel in the Community. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel is not far away from Vatican City, around 15 minutes walk.

Ótimo atendimento por parte das funcionárias! Muito prestativas e sempre dispostas a ajudar. No quarto que fiquei dava para escutar hóspedes do quarto ao lado, mesmo aparentando conversar baixo, tirando um pouco da privacidade.

Check-in: There was a little hiccup with the check in process. I was a little late to the agreed upon arrival time due to a late bus, and, when I arrived, there was nobody there. I just stood outside the gate for 20-25 minutes unsure of what to do. Luckily I had internet access so I was able to send them a message. The guy came back quickly so crisis averted. Clearer check in instructions/contact info would have been nice, especially the part about if you will arrive later than the prearranged time. Room: The triple room is very modern, beautifully decorated. It was however a bit smaller than the pictures showed. I think it's more suited for two people. Loved the shower with the multiple shower head settings. The only real issue I had was with the "bed" for the third person. It's more like a cot and it doesn't work that well. One side kept collapsing and it wasn't that comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Fresh towels daily. Not much going on in the immediate area, but very convenient - about 5 minutes to metro and Vatican museum. Host is very friendly, eager to help, and recommended several places to eat. Overall, nice, modern place to stay for my time in Rome.

A estadia foi ótima! O alessandro foi super gentil, nos apresentou no primeiro dia um mapa e os melhores lugares para irmos, além de dicas de restaurantes. Nosso voo para volta era mais tarde que o checkout e nos deixou que guardássemos nossas malas no hotel, até o horário de irmos para o aeroporto, para aproveitar um pouco mais o último dia. O hotel é bem próximo do Vaticano, da para fazer tudo a pé. O quarto é espaçoso, limpo, e o banheiro também é ótimo ! Ótimo café da manhã! Super recomendo

A dir poco..perfetto !

I titolari di allegra'house già telefonicamente si erano mostrati gentili e disponibili e una volta arrivati hanno reso il nostro soggiorno a dir poco perfetto!! Alessandro ci ha aspettato fuori e ci ha mostrato l'alloggio: completamente ristrutturato, camera spaziosa, fresca e confortevole, letti comodi,acqua fresca in frigo, bagno pulito e munito di una meravigliosa doccia multifunzione; ci ha poi consigliato un ottima gelateria e un ottimo ristorante tutto raggiungibile a piedi nei pressi di San Pietro dove abbiamo trascorso una serena serata. Abbiamo chiesto di anticipare l'orario della colazione e al mattino seguente ad accoglierci nella sala adiacente abbiamo trovato una signora gentile e simpatica e soprattutto pronta ad offrirci una ricca, varia e gustosa colazione! Prima di Natale torneremo all' Allegra'house!!!

Our rooms were fabulous, modern,clean,spacious. Breakfast was served to us by the owner himself Alessandro our first morning, lovely helpful man. Told how to get to different places easily. His mama makes the cake for breakfast, I'm not a cake person but this is a must try. We booked the superior triple room (orange one) gorgeous, we moved into the blue room to help Alessandro out as someone arriving needed two beds in their room and the blue room was gorgeous also. We were two minutes walk from the Vatican museum, well situated and not to busy. Will use again.
