I stayed in the single room. It has all that is needed for a short stay. Clean and quiet. Easily accessible by buses and metro. Lots of coffee bars nearby for a morning cappucino. And the local pinseria is excellent and well worth a visit. A good value for the price.
I stayed in the single room and it was really good. The room is cosy and comfortable. It has everything you need. The staff personnel are really kind and Lisa was nice and helpful I everything I needed.
From the accommodation there is a bus that can take you directly to the center. So the location is a plus. You are also a walking distance to the Vatican.
Definitely I highly recommend this place to stay in Rome.
This is not a hotel, no one is the reception desk. I arrived at 7.15pm & did let them know my arrival time, still locked outside for 45mins, my daughter had so many mosquito bites while waiting. After long tired flight, would anyone want to be treated like this? Will never come back

Great place
We were In Rome for the week and are very glad we stayed here. It is away from the more tourist heavy areas and near some great restaurants that give you the real Italian feel. The room has a mini fridge but it would have been nice to have a few other basics like a coffee machine or iron. The traffic from the street can be noisy in the room at times but we weren't bothered by it. Lisa was very nice and arranged transportation to and from the airport for us. I would recommend it to anyone I knew visiting the area.
We needed a couple of 'cheap' nights in Rome before setting off on a cruise and so this was ideal. A little further out than it looks on the map it is nonetheless easy enough to get a bus (more later) or metro into the centre. The main thing is to FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS! This means that if you are arriving late, let them know. There is no permanent front desk and this means just that - unless you let them know to leave you a key, you will be locked out, no question. This actually happened to someone when we were there and although we were sorry and a little concerned (single female) it is no one's fault but yours if you don't just do a few single steps. Lisa is AWESOME! Although we never met her, she sorted transfers and everything with absolutely no trouble and in impeccable English. She is without question the best hotel receptionist we have never met! The room was big, clean, the bathroom was fine but the bed - amazing. We didn't want to get out of it in the morning and for 'post-Rome-sightseeing' old peoples' backs and legs it was heaven. Buses - right; when I was last in Rome (ages ago) you could buy bus tickets almost everywhere, now, not so much. So if you have to go down the Metro to get the tickets (yes, really) why not just get the Metro? Clean, efficient and totally non-scary if you have had previous non-London Underground (or indeed London Underground) experiences which freaked you out.
The owner was the person who came to give is keys and information. She was very knowledgeable and really nice. The accommodations were fantastic and the location just walking distance to the Vatican!

It's convenient for public transport
After I pay everything for my Room through Expdia, she insisted that I need to pay local tax per person in cash again. So, I paid in cash €14 per person for two nights.thank you
Visited Rome with my wife and teenage daughter. We stayed for a couple of days and everything went out very well despite our late arrival in the night. The owner was very nice and helpful and we could all settle over the phone. The room is large and full of light and we had a comfortable double bed and an extra bed for the daughter. The bathroom with shower is in very good condition and all the property is very clean. It suits exactly the description you get on internet. The location is very close to public transport and in 2o min. one can reach St.Paul's Basilica on foot. We'll be pleased to come back next time to the same location.
This is a well-decorated, comfortable, clean, and convenient room. Although is not so close from city centre, it is perfectly connected by bus and metro, and it is just a minutes from Vatican. The landlord Claudio was concerned about us at any moment, and the staff is very welcoming.

Spacious room, small bathroom and noisy at times
It was particularly noisy on Saturday night, and the rooms are not very sound-proof. Room size is really good although shower is very small. Easy to get a bus into central Rome and the Vatican although metro stop is not so convenient. For the most part of our stay, the owner was not present and the reception was unmanned - good for people who are familiar with Rome, but I wouldn't recommend for tourists who want a more personal touch. Balcony was a nice feature although note it overlooks a main road.
