Apartment 'Amar' with Shared Pool and Wi-Fi

Located in Rome, the Amar apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The 68 m² property features a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, and accommodates up to 5 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, and a washing machine. Enjoy a private balcony, perfect for unwinding in the evening.



Guests have access to a shared pool, ideal for summer days. The pool is open exclusively in June, July, and August, and is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. It may also be available outside these months upon request and depending on weather conditions. During winter, from November onwards, the pool is closed. Summer pool hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; please inform the co-host the evening before to ensure a smooth check-in.



Two free parking spaces are available a 5-minute walk from the property, near the pool. These parking spots are part of the property and are monitored by security cameras 24/7.



Pets and parties are not allowed. An additional guest can be accommodated in an extra bed, available on request and subject to availability.
