Rien à dire sur la chambre de ´hôtel : très propre, Personnel sympathique et à votre écoute. Située proche de la gare, des bus, des métros. Petit déjeuner continental. Le seul bémol, et il est d’importance, est la situation de l’hôtel qui est implanté dans une rue peu accueillante et insalubre où résident beaucoup d’émigrés .

페데리카스 호텔은 처음 만나면 당황하실수 있습니다. 주소를 찾아 건물 앞에서면 잘 찾아왔는지 의심이 생길 수도 있습니다. 이 호텔은 1층에 있습니다. 초인종을 잘 찾아서 누르셔야 합니다. 한층만 올라가면 페데리카스 호텔을 만날수 있습니다. 두번째로 저희가 당황한 것은 아주 오래된 엘리베이터입니다. 캐리어 2개 싣고 2명이 타면 가득 차는 100년은 되어 보이는 엘리베이터입니다, 여기까지만 당황하시면 그 다음은 좋습니다. 방도 깨끗하고 에어컨도 잘 나옵니다. 호텔을 케어하는 Miss Sharmin이 방도 매일 청소하고 아침 식사도 잘 챙겨 줍니다. 아마 이 호텔의 가장 큰 장점이 바로 Miss Sharmin 입니다. 호텔 위치는 훌륭하지만 주변 환경이 썩 좋지는 않습니다. 하지만 Termini 역을 중심으로 움직이신다면 아주 편하실 겁니다. 다시 한번 Miss Sharmin에게 감사를 표시하고 싶네요. Thank you, Sharmin.

Excelente Hospedaje en Roma!

Nos hospedamos 15 días en este B&B en Roma durante un viaje familiar. Cuenta con habitaciones limpias y cómodas, servicio de desayuno completo con opciones de café, yogur, frutas frescas, cereales, mermeladas, tartas dulces, etc. Buena señal de internet wifi. Esta ubicado a pasos de la estación de Termini, por lo que el trasporte se facilita bastante. Federica y su staff siempre estuvieron disponibles para cualquier solicitud y nos atendieron con mucha amabilidad. Definitivamente nos volveriamos a hospedar en este B&B. Recomendado 100%!!!

Top Service, saubere Zimmer und super freundlich

Wir (4 Doppelzimmer) haben das Hotel wegen der guten Bewertungen und Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und haben stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden und Tipps gegeben. Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Bad modern und alles ausreichend groß. Frühstück war umfangreich und vollkommend ok. Es ist eine sehr familiäre Atmosphäre, da es nur 5 Zimmer gibt. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

This was the best B&B/hotel of our recent Italy trip-2018. The room was big enough for two people. It was very clean and comfortable. The management team, Farhad, Federica and Sharmin, very kind and helpful. We were impressed with their hospitality. They served good breakfast and were present to offer fresh coffee, tea, juices etc. This was the only B&B/hotel which had more than few channels and some of them were in English as well. The only downside is the location of the B&B which may at first make you uncomfortable but once you are in the building it feels really very safe. It is very close to Roma Termini station, just five minutes walk.

Excellent B&B! Wonderful staff, clean, newly renovated facility within luggage dragging distance to the Rome Termini train station. Great air conditioner to stay cool on warm Summer days. Area comments are somewhat overstated, using the second parallel street was more convenient due to a wider sidewalk and less incline. Walking distance to the Colosseum, Spanish Steps, and Trevi fountain while othe sites are accessible via the Rome metro, downstairs in the train station. Frederica and Sharmin were gracious and accommodating making at stay a pleasure.

Mycket fräscht. Nymålat och välstädat. Rymligt badrum med hårtork. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Frukosten är OK men inte mer men det finns alltid färsk frukt. Lätt att ta sig till flygplatsen, både buss och tåg går på denna sida av Termini-stationen. Nära till restauranger. Området på Terminisidan lite skräpigt och stökigt. Om man har obehag av det kan man promenera nästa parallelgata(via F Turati).

Roman holiday

B&B Federicas house in Rome, is a recently renovated and converted apartment, the fixtures and fittings tasteful and new. It's very clean and also quiet, and a short walk from Rome Termini station, Federica is a very informative, helpful and pleasant host, nothing is to much trouble for her. The breakfast delicious and plentiful, and the coffee excellent, the amenities also good I chose it for the location, close to Rome Termini train station, but it was great for nearby shops, restaurants and access to tourist sites as well, and it was great to experience life in an apartment in the city. I will stay there again when in Rome, and recommend b&b federicas house to anyone looking for an excellent location and value place to stay in Rome.

Leuke B&B op loopafstand van het centrum!

Gezellig en knusse B&B. Nette kamers en moderne douche en toiletruimte. Ontbijt was wat weinig keus, maar wat er was was lekker/goed. En heerlijke koffie! Personeel was erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Alleen jammer dat ze niet goed Engels kunnen, waardoor het moeilijk communiceren was. Verder hebben wij er een aangenaam verblijf gehad, zeker een aanrader!

Nice hotel nearby Termini railway station

Convenient and cost-effective accommodation for those in the need to access the Termini railway station within a 5-min walk. The hotel, made of a few (5-6 I think) rooms, appears clean and very well maintained. My room was quiet during the night, and the bed comfortable. Personnel is very kind and ready to make an effort to help. Continental breakfast was OK. Internet connection all fine. This is obviously not a fancy hotel, but I would recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive, yet comfortable, stay in Rome.

Don't be put off by the exterior, great B&B

We booked this hotel for its location, close to Termini station. The review scores were favourable, so we booked. After i had booked, i read that Termini is not the nicest neighbourhood. When we arrived, i was completely put off by the neighbourhood & the exterior, however once inside, i was very impressed, the room was lovely, spacious, plenty of storage, fridge with drinks in at a reasonable price, however Frederica directed us to the local supermarket (2 minutes away) and said we were welcome to keep our own drinks in there. Plenty of towels in the lovely bathroom, these were replaced daily when required. The continental breakfast was great, lovely range of pasties, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal etc & Nancy makes great coffee. The TV only had italian channels but who goes on holiday to watch TV anyway, so not an issue. Very convenient location for exploring Rome on foot, bus or train. Frederica explained that there is an African market & hairstyling shop under the B&B which gets very busy, but she explained that all the visitors there are polite, which they were. After a negative first impression, this was a great place to stay & i would recommend it.

Federica's provided exceptionally clean, modern rooms with an excellent breakfast included. The second-floor location is equipped with a lift. It's located an easy five minute walk from the Termini train station, convenient also to metro and bus lines and several dining choices including the station's Mercato Centrale. The typical train station neighborhood is populated by small shops, lively during the day and quiet at night, and always felt safe.

로마 중심가 저렴하지만 깨끗하고 친절한 호텔입니다.

저렴한 가격에 매우 깨끗하고 테르미니역에서도 가깝습니다. 가족, 커플, 친구 모든 여행에 추천합니다. 10점 만점에 10점 입니다. 단점은 찾기가 조금 어렵습니다. 중국집 옆인데 간판이 작으니 주의하시고요.

A great choice.

The room was meticulously clean. Beautiful ,recently renewed, and well designed bathroom. Very efficient and very calm air condition. Walking distance from train station, bus stations, hope on- hope off tourist buses and excellent cheap restaurant. The breakfast is excellent, fresh, and have many varieties. The owners of the place are very helpful and would go the extra mile to make sure that you are comfortable and satisfied.
