Nah an der metro

Für einen städtetrip völlig in ordnung. Man lebt in einer Art WG. In einem haus mit verschiedenen parteien. Es war alles sauber und das einchecken funktioniert auch gut wenn man vorher anruft. Wir hatten leider keinen Parkplatz daher muss man auf der Straße bleiben und einwerfen. Hielt sich aber in grenzen 10 Euro für 2 tage. Die Metro is in unmittelbarer Nähe dies war für uns ausschlaggebend.

Prezzo basso ma bagni in comune discutibili

Ero a roma per motivi di lavoro quindi la zona vicina a metro re di roma e lodi era perfetta ma il quartiere bruttino. Il prezzo basso ma iil bagno non ers tenuto molto bene. Il letto matrimoniale composto da due singoli con lenzuola e coperta stretti. Un odore poco gradevole.

Dicht bij het centrum, voor de rest waardeloos

Ontvangst was oké, niet meer niet minder. De man stonk wel wat maar zweet. Het was wel lastig te vinden omdat het in een kantoor pand zit. Kamer was ter grootte van een inloopkast (2 personens = 10m2). Zeer lawaaiig, het verkeer is zeer goed te horen en het ligt aan de aan rij route van de ambulances. Ook mede gasten zijn zeer goed te horen. Er zijn 2 gedeelde badkamers, op zich voldoende. Ontbijt was de eerste dag 2 crackers en 2 voor verpakte croissantjes. Veel te weinig, voor 2 personen! De tweede en derde dag moesten we op randsoen, 2 croissantjes voor 2 personen. Gelukkig zit er een supermarkt in de buurt. Uitchecken hebben we zelf maar gedaan, net als tijdens het gehele verblijf geldt dat er nooit iemand aanwezig was. Dus onze beklacht doen kon ook helaas niet... Mijn advies, geef een paar euro meer uit voor een beter hotel dan deze!

Schönes B&B in Stadtnähe

Das B & B war sehr schön, das Zimmer war groß und ordentlich. Die zwei Bäder waren auch sauber und ausreichend. U Bahn Anschluss direkt in der Nähe. Wir haben uns bei unserem einwöchigen Urlaub sehr wohl gefühlt und und es hat uns super gefallen.

ottima collocazione, vicino alla metro per raggiungere tutti i luoghi di maggiore interesse turistico; peccato i lavori in corso della metro c che ci hanno svegliato di buon mattino e mi è sembrato scarsa la presenza di locali sia di ristorazione che di intrattenimento nei d'intorni.

DESCASO TOTAL!!!!!

Esse era último destino de lua de mel com minha esposa. Nos hospedamos em B&B's antes e em Roma seria a mesma coisa. No dia em que estávamos indo para Roma nos hospedar no B&B, recebemos um e-mail do responsável pelo B&B (por sorte tínhamos internet ) nos avisando que tinham nos transferido para o Pavia hotel, transferência essa feita sem nossa anuência. O hotel ficava localizado em termini (ótima localização), porém ao chegarmos lá tivemos várias surpresas. 1.hotel com carpetes imundos nos corredores e nas paredes dos quartos. 2.banheiro super pequeno. Tínhamos que entrar de lado e não havia box e sim, cortinas imundas. 3.tínhamos reservado um hotel com café da manhã e o hotel para o qual fomos transferidos sem pedir não tinha! A tarde e a noite toda enviamos e-mails ao responsável pelo B&B para saber sobre nosso café da manhã e nenhuma resposta concreta, apenas que ele iria ver e depois simplesmente parou de responder. No dia seguinte, pedi ao atendente do hotel Pavia (para onde fomos transferidos) que ligasse para o B&B e nos desse uma resposta. Nos encaminharam para um restaurante próximo ao hotel e chegando lá o nosso café da manhã era apenas: um croissant com suco ou um pão de forma com café. Enviamos e-mail novamente ao B&B e não tivemos mais nenhuma resposta. Tentamos contato com o hoteis.com e também não tivemos retorno. Resumindo: A lua de mel perfeita se tornou um pesadelo em um hotel imundo, com carpetes sujos (somos super alérgicos), Insatisfação total!

Cattiva qualita' senza economia

Bagno in comune, servizio nullo. E' al secondo piano con ascensore non utilizzabile. Il WIFI non c'e' e la colazione e' quasi inesistente (notare che dichiarano "Internet gratuito e colazione gratuita"). Camere rumorose. E non e' nemmeno economico. Lo raccomando vivamente ai miei nemici.

Tranquillità e cortesia.

Posto tranquillo e dotato di tutti i comfort. Personale gentile e disponibile. La presenza della cucina dà la possibilità di fare colazione in autonomia e tranquillità, senza orari. Ben collegato e ideale per famiglie.

Einfach top!

Das Hotel war zwar ein bisschen vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, was aber für mich kein Problem war. Die Lage war sehr passend im alten Haus, ruhig und nicht voll mit Touristen. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, wir haben etwas Kleineres erwartet. Dies war echt eine nette Überraschung sowie das Frühstück (jeden Tag frisch und lecker). Die Dame, die uns die Schlüssel gegeben hat war eine super nette Italienerin, sie hat sich echt gekümmert um eine nette und familiäre Atmosphäre. Ich werde auf jeden Fall noch mal mit Expedia (nicht nur) nach Italien!

Aspettative infrante

Inizierei dalla "colazione in camera" che altro non è un ammasso di merendine da supermercato il tutto completato da un cartone di latte a lunga conservazione di bassa qualità e di un cartone di ace anch'esso di bassa qualità. Poi il cambio degli asciugamani in 5 giorni è avvenuto solo una volta. Il wi fi gratuito è presente solo nelle prima camera ma poi nelle camere il segnale non è pervenuto. Concluderei con il totale assenteismo dei proprietari nei momenti in cui si aveva bisogno di loro e includo il fatto che al momento della consegna delle chiavi nessuno era presente.

Good economic stay

we booked here for a 3 night stay in Rome. The room was clean and bathrooms were as well. The place had a kitchen which was really nice to make your own meals. Breakfast was included, it was packaged toasts and croissants, nothing special but free so no complaints. The hostess was friendly. Only downside was wifi didn't reach to our room however not a huge deal.

Unterkunft ist auf Google Maps falsch positioniert. Unterkunft ist ziemlich in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station Re dir Roma, daher sehr gut angebunden. Nahegelegene Supermärkte und Restaurants runden die Lage ab. Die kleine Küche in der Unterkunft ist gut, die Espressomaschine super! Enttäuschend ist, dass es keinen Küchentisch und Stühle zur Einnahme des Frühstücken gibt. Das "Frühstück" besteht aus Zwieback, eingepackten Croissants. Als Brotaufstrich stehen Nutella und Marmeldade zur Verfügung. In der Küche gibt es auch noch Cornflakes. Milch gibt es auch.

Empfehlenswertes B&B mit guter Metro Anbindung

Kleines B&B mit guter Metro Anbindung zur Linie A (Termini, Trevi Brunnen, span. Treppe, Vatikan). Altes Gebäude und alte Einrichtung aber sauber. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis sofern man keinen großen Wert auf Komfort legt und sich ohnehin nur zum Schlafen dort einfindet.

Cómodo Accesible Bonito Adecuado Céntrico

Perfecto para un par de días en Roma. El departamento está muy cerca de todas las atracciones por medio de bus o metro. Es muy fácil llegar y hay muchos lugares donde comer en las cercanías a muy buenos precios. Ofrecen un poco de pan y café para no salir con el estómago vacío. Por supuesto que no es buffete! Todo bien y normal. Lo recomiendo para gente independiente que no necesita consejos de todo. El personal es amable pero no andan al pendiente de ti. Yo regreso con gusto!

Völlig ausreichend, wenn man nicht viel Zeit im Ho

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sauber und aufgeräumt, natürlich eher weniger Komfort, aber alles da was man braucht. Zum Expediapreis kommen noch Steuern hinzu.

Het was oke

Volgens de omschrijvingen lag de B en B vlakbij Termini station en het Colloseum, dit klopt echter niet. Ook bestond het ontbijt uit een paar voorverpakte toostjes en een heel klein kopje koffie. Ik noem dit geen B en B. personeel alleen gezien bij inchecken, uitschenken hebben we zelf maar gedaan en de sleutel op de kamer achtergelaten.
