Pretty good

The hotel is within walking (ca. 5-7 min) walking distance to the central station (Roma Termini). Despite its shabby yard and old building, the room is clean and the staff is friendly and efficient. I recommend it.

Great guest house for a short stay

Milly house was three nights at the end of a monthlong stay for us in Italy. We wanted to stay near the Termini. It was a 3-4 minute walk from the Termini. Omar met us and check in was easy. Our room was up 2 1/2 flights of stairs. It was soundproofed to the outside which was great. They arranged a taxi for us to the airport to meet our very early flight . The room was clean, has air conditioning. There are many other hotels and guest houses in the building but we were comfortable. The courtyard off the busy street is a very calming garden.

Esperienza pessima. Appena arrivate non ci hanno misurato la temperatura. Il proprietario ha chiesto, in modo molto arrogante, di pagare la tassa di soggiorno di €14, cosa non specificata sul sito. Ci assegna una stanza con letto matrimoniale, quando nella prenotazione era specificata camera m con letti singoli. Stanza sporca, strati di polvere ovunque (ho foto come prova), ragni sul tetto del bagno, doccia otturata, porta shampoo arrugginito, gabinetto fa rumore fortissimo ogni volta che si tira lo sciacquone, sul letto abbiamo trovato capelli. La colazione non è a buffet ma ti portano in camera due cose confezionate. Sconsiglio questo affittacamere, a parer mio vale la pena spendere qualcosa in più ma almeno passare dei giorni in un ambiente pulito e confortevole.

C'est plus une chambre d'hôte qu'une chambre d'hôtel, sauf qur l'on n'est pas chez un particulier mais bien dans un immeuble ancien et typique idealement situé près des lieux d'intérêt de la ville. Chambre fonctionnelle (lit confortable, salle de bain, sèche cheveux, savon, serviette, wifi, télé en italien) mais petit déjeuner pas extra (croissants et jus de fruits industriels, pain de mie en sachet, fromage en tranche (type fromage à toaster), distributeur de boissons chaudes (gratuit) et fruits. On troque volontier le confort des chambres d'hôtels modernes contre une le plaisir de déambuler à proximité du forum, Colisée, forum, piazza venezia...

Neutral and some stuff bad yet a good service.

I liked the service and hospitality, I just didn't like the room, was in a bad shape and sheets and bed cover felt old and dusty and wall and door wasn't clean and some broken stuff. But it was good overall and very near to Termini station.

cons.. we had to go to one building to check in.another across the street for room. The internet was dicey in spots. Lighting was dark in room. Pro's . Three blocks from Termini station. The breakfast was continental but good. they stored our luggage for a few euros for the day. They were very helpful showing us things on the map and suggested how to get there. They assisted us with a phone call. Price was affordable.

The location is great, 5-minute walk from train/metro/bus station Termini (awesome station you can find everything and go anywhere in Rome and Italy from there). The property was good enough but bathroom was very tiny. The noise from outside of building was ok but from inside corridor you can hear everything and everyone. The breakfast was strictly continental: toast, croissants, jams, yogurts and some bananas and clementines. However the coffee machine for espressos is a little old and did not produce good coffee. By the way, you will need to pay the city tax of 3.50 euros per person per night immediately on your arrival and in cash only.

Millyhouse B&B thumbs up

Wonderful place, several minute walk from main train station from where virtually all public transportation in Rome converges. It is a short 10 min. walk to the major ancient Roman sites. The Vatican is walkable but best reached by using public transportation. Our host was great and spoke multiple languages making travel tips and check in easier for us. The breakfast was clean and had a good variety of options. We had two rooms on the 5th floor which were reasonable in size and had twin beds with comfortable foam mattresses and could be reached by an elevator. The only minor gripe and this is nit picking was the size of the breakfast eating area which had only 4 tables but there was a table outside our room on the 5th floor which served us on the one day that all 4 tables were full when we arrived for breakfast. I would stay here again and recommed it as a clean, reasonable priced option with a good location.

Great location, perfect as a base to explore Rome

We had a great time in Rome and Millyhouse B and B helped to make our experience safe and enjoyable. Perfect location, close to station, loads of restaurants and a 10/15 min walk to the Colosseum. Friendly and accommodating staff. Room had all we needed - kettle; hurrah!, fridge - v.handy, safe, air con and great shutters opening onto a small but welcomed balcony. Thank you Millyhouse B and B for being all you said you were!!

Sehr zentral gut gelägen um die stadt zu erkunden.

Das Hotel war ok . Kinderfreundlich würde ich nicht grad sagen, wenn mann einen Kinderwagen hatt wirds sehr schwehr. Da der Lift super Klein wahr, musste mann Ihn tragen die Treppen hinauf. Der Service wahr aber sehr gut und freundlich .Die Zimmer ganz ok. Rezeption ist Jedoch nicht immer besetzt und mann konnte nur Barbezahlen . Das Früstück war etwas vom schlechtesten das ich gesehn habe, Der Früstücksraum sehr klein. Haben auf das Morgen Kaffe und Früstück verzichtet nach dem 1 Tag. Sonst war der Service ganz Ok das Personal sehr freundlich.
