Very uncomfortable bed and very itchy blankets and you know that its not washed, toilet bowl is so dirty. broken shower door. took us 30 mins waiting in the counter to return the keys for check out because we cannot find the receptionist. Near the metro station is the only nice thing about this.

The host was very nice, give us a warm welcome and details about the city and hotel. In the room, we found all that you might need including cold water and juice in the fridge. The bead was very hard, some people might like it but for us was solid rock. The walls are very thin so you can fere your left and right neighbours. The location is really good 2 min away from the metro.The

Grazie alla disponibilitá del B&B Re di Roma che ci ha risolto a Capodanno un problema dovuto ad una precedente prenotazione con Expedia. Siamo stati accolti sotto al nostro arrivo e ci hanno spiegato tutto lasciandoci le chiavi. Molto confortevole e calda la stanza,buoni il bagno,il set colazione,il set bagno, balcone. La zona è tranquilla e ben collegata con metro al centro e comunque piacevole da girare. Sicuramente da consigliare,per noi è stato un soggiorno molto bello.

Okay but you can find better

the - :The walls were paper thin and could hear everything around, the flat is split in two with 2 bedrooms with private bathroom, the windows are not closing well so when the couple from the other bedroom was smoking we were having smoke in the bedroom, breakfast was not a breakfast (cheap and poor quality), matress is horrible. the + : Close from metro, the ower is living next door so welcomed us late (10.30pm), "reasonable price even if I think it is way overpaid for what it was. Overall: I would not recommend it and would rather spend a bit more to have a proper accomodation

Ruim. Não havia recepção no local. O horário do check in era as 11h porém fomos informados pela porteira do prédio de que o quarto só ficaria pronto as 13:30h. Após reclamarmos, em contato telefônico com os proprietários, ela conseguiu que iniciassem a limpeza imediatamente. O quarto ficou pronto por volta das 12:15h, enquanto isso, esperamos em pé na portaria do prédio. O café é feito no quarto pelos hóspedes e era composto de torradas, geleia e 2 croissants para 3 dias para o casal, prazo de limpeza do quarto, com louça lavada na pia do banheiro. O proprietário, além de não resolver nada, era extremamente inconveniente e nada profissional.

Proprietario gentilissimo, stanza confortevole e pulita. Dista 1 minuto dalla metropolitana, 5 minuti da p.zza san Giovanni e 5 minuti dalla Tuscolana.Consigliatissimo per chi ha bisogno di muoversi in centro in modo semplice ed economico.

Grazioso B&B a due passi dal centro.

Esperienza positiva,il B&B si trova vicino fermata metro e ciò agevola nei movimenti.La camera è spaziosa e luminosa,l'angolo colazione è un po scomodo ma funzionale,il bagno accettabile in dimensioni e organizzazione degli spazi;avrebbero comunque potuto esserci un pò più di asciugamani.Complessivamente pulito.Unico appunto la prima colazione prevedeva merendine confezionate che non mi aspetto di trovare in un albergo.

Die Metro ist in der Nähe zu Fuß in paar Minuten erreichbar, ein riesen Vorteil, da man mit der Metro alles erreicht. Frühstück war okay. Im großen und ganzen war es gut.

Achtung - nicht buchen! Kein Hotel !!!

Hierbei handelt es sich nicht um ein Hotel, sondern um ein Mehrfamilienhaus ohne Hinweis am Klingelschild. Wir wissen erst jetzt, dass dieses B&B unter gleichem Namen wie das Hotel "Re di Roma" Zimmer anbietet, sich aber nicht als solches ausweist. Der Vermieter weigert sich auch, dies eindeutig zu kennzeichnen. Wir haben zwei Nächte im Hotel "Re di Roma" gebucht und wollten dann drei weitere Nächte im selben Hotel buchen. In gutem Glauben, dass dies so erfolgt ist haben wir die Reise angetreten. Vor Ort stellte sich leider heraus, dass beim zweiten Buchungsvorgang aus uns unerklärlichen Gründen das o. g. B&B eingebucht wurde. Da beide Anbieter unter identischem Namen Zimmer anbieten, ist es für den unwissenden Kunden nicht sofort erkennbar, dass überhaupt zwei existieren. Lt. Hotel ist dieser Missstand schon länger bekannt, wird aber leider von keinem der Beteiligten abgestellt. Eine eindeutige Kennzeichnung wäre für alle fäirer und würde Unstimmigkeiten und Ärger vermeiden...

Il Re di Roma non è situato nei quartieri più centrali della città, ma dista solo 200 m da una fermata della metropolitana e in pochi minuti si raggiunge il cuore di Roma. La camera è spaziosa ed accogliente, dotata anche di un angolo cucina con tutto l'indispensabile per preparare colazioni, pranzi e cene. Il bagno con doccia è spazioso. La camera è dotata anche di balcone e di WiFi gratuito. Buona la pulizia. Il quartiere presenta negozi, bar, ristoranti ma è molto tranquillo sia di giorno che di notte.

Pas de respect!!!Ils te reveillent a 7h du matin!

Quand on est arrivé il n'y avait pas de nom d'hôtel sur la sonnette. On était obliges de chercher et de demander des personne pour entrer dans le bâtiment et pour que quelqu'un du bâtiment nous informe sur cet hôtel. Quand finalement on est monté les responsables nous ont accueilli. Ils nous ont demandé de payer les taxes de séjours pour 4 jours (28euros) mais nous y sont resté que 3 jours. De plus, ils ne nous ont pas donné de la facture et ils ont compté 3,50euros par personne (sur internet il y a 3euros/personne). Pendant les 3 jours je ne les ai pas vu. La chambre était propre mais ils se sont pas intéressés pendant notre séjour de changer des serviettes ou faire sortir des poubelles. Le pire de tout est que les chambres sont très mas isolés. De 7h à 9h du matin les femmes de ménage de la chambre à coté parlaient sans cesse et fort....INSUPPORTABLE!!!!!Pas de respect!!!On est venu pour faire de vacances pas pour se reveiller à 7h du matin! Excelente hospedagem em Roma

À localização do B&B é perfeita: próximo à estação do metrô e conta com restaurantes, pizzarias e mercado na vizinhança. A impressão é que vc está hospedado no apartamento (que conta com um quarto e com um banheiro espaçosos) de um amigo. Fomos bem atendidos, o proprietário nos acionou por e-mail (graças ao telefone celular) antes e durante nosso trajeto para o check in, o que foi excelente. Ainda conseguimos contratar através do B&b o transfer para o aeroporto, pois partiríamos de madrugada.

It's not a hotel!

This is not a hotel. Room location is in a residential building. The breakfast there is only one juices, cakes and bread that are left inside the room. It is well located, near the metro. The room is clean and the bathroom is very good. the cost is worth it.

L'ambiente è confortevole, silenzioso vicino alla metropolitana e comunque in posizione centrale. La pulizia della camera è lodevole, la colazione varia e i proprietari disponibilissimi e tanto gentili.

great place to stay in rome

This place has a great location in a very safe neighborhood. Just a few steps from the metro and places to eat. Just round the circle is non pizza...excellent food. Please do NOT fold or crease up the Roma pass since that creates a problem to swipe on the metro.

Cute apartment in a noon tourist location

This is less of a hotel more of an apartment away from the tourist and pan handlers. Great location a block away from the metro. The only issue was the shower. it would go from scalding hot to ice cold without warning.

Bra hotell i lugnt område nära tunnelbanan

Trots att vi anlände sent pga inställt flyg fanns rummet kvar åt oss. Bra utrustning om man ville laga mat själv. Fräscht duschutrymme. En något för hård madrass för min smak och kuddarna kunde varit högre ( naturligtvis en smaksak) Vi var väldigt nöjda med vårt boende och vistelse i Rom

No full breakfast as announced: just has a basket eith some non fresh bread and jely, milk on the fridge and thats it! No one to tomunicate daily, only one person via email - we tried to understand whats check-out procedure for example. Poor water heating system - could not stay more than 5 min on the shower (we were in two people).
