Один из лучших отелей

Очень приветливый хозяин отеля, который дал карту и рассказал какие места необходимо посетить (лучшие кафе, мороженое и многое другое). Расположение - супер! Рядом две станции метро, Колизей в 10 минутах ходьбы, большой супермаркет на соседней улице, фабрика мороженого и кафе (3 евро за самую большую порцию в феврале), одно из лучших кафе итальянской кухни на соседней улице (по рекомендации хозяина). Отель - очень чистый и уютный. В прихожей-кухне есть все необходимое. Хороший завтрак. В номере просторно (потолки 5 метров) и комфортно. Очень рекомендуем этот отель. Одно из лучших мест, где мы останавливались.

Definitely not what I expected. I wouldn't book it again and I would never recommend this B&B to anyone. The room is very small as is the bathroom, the air conditioning wasn't working also the breakfast was very poor. We got charged 10€ for a late check in that it wasn't mentioned previously beside we let the B&B know we were arriving late, we ended up paying almost 100€ to spend the night in a place that shouldn't even cost 50€ night. Really bad experience.

Angefangen hat alles mit dem Shuttle, welches alle 30 min. fahren sollte und erst nach 1h 30min abfuhr. Dann haben wir ein Zimmer erhalten, welches quer gegenüber dem Badezimmer liegt – man muss durch den „Aufenthaltsbereich“ aller Zimmer gehen; soviel zu eigene Bad! Das Frühstück besteht aus nicht frischen Kuchenbuffet, dass dann aufgefüllt wird, wenn etwas entnommen wurde. Dann kam das Shuttle zum Flughafen mit 1h Verspätung! Dem nicht genug hatte der Flug 2h Verspätung! Und anstatt die Passagiere schnell an Board zu bekommen wurden noch die Handgepäcksgrößen auf den Zentimeter genau bemessen, um auch hier noch ein wenig Geld zu verdienen! Ich bin warte gespannt auf ihr Entgegenkommen für dieses schlechte Angebot, welches meine Freundin und mich Zeit, Urlaub, Nerven und sehr viel Geld gekostet hat! Liebe Grüße, Julian

Bad experience all around!

We arrived at Rome Termini Station and got a map to help find this B&B but our reservation print out did not include a street number so we were on the right street but unable to find the entry, no sign or indication that the B & B existed! Luckily we asked someone working a block or so away (our wifi was not working) to look it up and he gave us the street number. We found it listed in the list on the outside doorbell list and were able to get in but again had no indication of where to go in a five story building! The mailbox by the elevator listed it as #6 so we basically had to stop at different floors to find the right one. But when we rang the bell there was no answer - tried calling the telephone number listed on the door and nobody answered. Ended up calling Hotels.com (a very expensive international call!) so that they could contact the owner and tell us how to get in. The owner said he had sent me instructions but I never got them! In our one night stay we never saw any owner or employee. Breakfast was bread put out at least 24 hours before and a toaster, some jam or nutella and a pod to make coffee in a machine but no instructions on how it worked. Our room with private bath was VERY basic - felt like a cell - with one working lightbulb on the ceiling and a bedside lamp that gave no light. Plenty of towels, clean spaces but no personal touches. NEVER AGAIN!!

Enjoyable stay

It was hard to find Two Flowers mainly because it is in a big building with other residents. The immediate area is not the nicest but a few streets along there are some lovely shops, cafes, restaurants. 15 mins from train station and 15 mins from Coliseum the other way. There is also a nice park nearby although it was under construction when we were there. Metro is also close by. Very pleased with the room. It was bright and spacious with a good en-suite. Breakfast is adequate. Dishes are cleared up for you. Receptionist was very helpful. Provided a map and good suggestions, made any necessary phone calls. Hairdryer is provided. Overall - very enjoyable.

Aconsejable, céntrico

Muy cómodo, habitación bastante amplia. La habitación que nos toco tenia el baño fuera, así que había que pasar por la recepción/área en común. La habitación la limpiaban todos los días, el baño nunca. El desayuno bien y además tienes la opción de comprar tus cosas y tienes un espacio en una parte de la nevera.

CATASTROPHIQUE

Nous vous déconseillons vivement ! Nous avions choisi ce lieu grâce aux différents commentaires positifs, mais nous avons été TRES déçu. Nous sommes arrivée tardivement et moyennent 10€ de charges supplémentaire notre hôte à eu la gentillesse de bien vouloir faire un check-in tardif, sauf qu'a service payant tout se doit d'être bien organisé, or a notre arrivée nous avons patienté pas loin de 15 min dans le froid et sous la pluie alors que nous avions bien prévenu l'hôte de notre départ de l'aéroport. Arrivés fatigués et un peu agacé d'avoir patienté sous la pluie, ça n'était que le début des mauvaises surprises ! Dans le descriptif de la chambre on nous parle de "salle de bain privée" : oui elle est bien privée mais à l'autre bout de la salle de petit déjeuné , alors faites bien attention : aucune intimité, la salle de bain n'étant pas dans la chambre ! Par ailleurs, au moment de prendre la douche, débit d'eau très faible et eau pas assez chaude, et cerise sur le gateau la pomme de douchée cassée qui nous tombe sur la tête ! Pas de chauffage non plus dans la chambre autant vous dire qu'il faut dormir très bien couvert ! C'est également trés mal insonorisé. L'hôte n'a fait aucun geste et n'a reconnu aucun tort malgré lui en avoir parlé. FUIYEZ c'est un conseil, si vous souhaitez du confort, de l’intimité et de la tranquillité.

The room was nice and large. We stayed in the room with 2 twin beds and a sofa. The bathroom was unattached but private so it wasn’t bad however, we were not provided with linens. The buffet breakfast was ok, nothing special, but nice to have food right when you wake up. Overall the room was nice and the host was polite. The location is a bit far from most of the sites but if you don’t mind doing a little walking it’s a great location and close to the train station.

Hübsche Zimmer in einem alten römischen Stadthaus

Perfekte Lage um Rom zu erkunden. Die drei Zimmer befinden sich in einem top Zustand. An der Pinwand kann man erkennen, daß die vorigen Urlauber aus der ganzen Welt sehr happy sich. ( Am kleinen Buffet kann man sich auch rund um die Uhr bedienen.)

Excelente servicio de las personas. La red wifi es lenta, el agua caliente en ocasiones no es suficiente para todos. En general es una estancia muy agradable, el desayuno está bien.
