Great location near the Spanish Steps. Lots of nearby dining options. Hotel staff gave us several recommendations for nearby restaurants and Alla Rampa was the first restaurant we tried and it was fabulous. Also lots of shopping nearby. Metro is close and it's a very walkable area. Easy for us to get to everything on our to do list. Room was clean and nice. We asked for an iron and ironing board which we did get. Office is only staffed from 8:30a-12:00p so if there are issues, you have to call. Fortunately we didn't need to contact the staff outside of regular hours.

The property was in a great location and the bed was very comfortable. The linens and most bathroom surfaces appeared very clean however the textile rug on the bedroom floor was stained and generally very dirty and the back of the bathroom door had three bloody fingerprints on it so I question the overall hygiene of all surfaces. I would expect a greater attention to detail for the price we paid.

We only stayed one night but this property is a very short walk from the Spanish steps. If you want to be central to most of the tourist sites in Rome this is a perfect location. Room was sizable by European standards and the bed was quite comfortable.
