CHARMING APARTMENT PIAZZA DI SPAGNA / TREVI FOUNTAIN OVERLOOKING QUIRINALE

The house is very spacious and comfortable, ideal for families or groups of friends. This magnificent apartment is located on the sixth floor, with elevator, has an area of 200 square meters and consists of a large living room with beautiful view and balconies, dining room with kitchen, 4 large bedrooms (three with queen size beds mattress 190x160cm and one with two twin beds mattress190x90cm). All rooms are illuminated by large windows. There is a queen size sofabed in the living room. The furnitures are luxurious and the house is unique, with a wonderful view and very quiet. Air conditioning, heating, free wifi internet access, TV Lcd.
The apartment is located in a XIX century building with entrance from Viale Due Macelli. The location of the house is fantastic, right in the centre, adjacent to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Spagna and Barberini Metro/Underground are 3-4 minutes walking.

We have completed the renovation of the apartment on May 2015.

Pre wedding trip to Rome

Excellent location and very comfortable home for a multigenerational family trip. Communication with host was excellent and we really appreciated assistance with shuttle transportation for an early flight. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place. Centrally located. Lots of room to spread out, with 4 good sized bedrooms, and large living areas with lots of big windows.Communication with the management team is excellent.Only reason it doesnt get a 5 rating is that the bathrooms are a bit tired and in need of a renovation/refresh.Other than that it's great...

Great Location

We stayed in Rome for 3 nights and totally enjoyed the apartment. There was 8 of us and we had plenty of space. The location was perfect we could walk anywhere and we did. The apartment was very clean and we had someone come in every morning to clean and had new towels just like a hotel. If traveling with a large group this is a great place to stay.

Great Family Time in a Perfect Location

We were here for a family wedding g and stayed here at the tail end of the trip for 2 days. The apartment was in a great location and there was a restaurant directly located across the way that was very good too that was a Wine Shop. Shopping and sightseeing were easy walking distance. They also had good restaurant recommendations that we took advantage of.

Family Reunion in Rome

This property, with 4 beds and 4 baths, is perfect for a family reunion. The bedrooms are separated, so early risers don't wake late sleepers. Two minutes to the Trevi Fountain, less than 10 minutes to the Spanish Steps. Balconies! Great restaurants nearby, as well as busses and subways.

Bella Roma!!!!

The apartment was beautiful, spacious and perfect for our family. Location was unbelievable with only two blocks away from the Trevi fountain and two blocks away from the Spanish steps. Right in the middle of all the most magnificent shopping and restaurants.

Stay was comfortable. Air conditioning was effective and the apartment is designed to give sufficient privacy and space. The kitchen is equipped well and the windows are large, bringing warm light into the apartment when needed, and with shutters when not needed. The apartment was stunning! Perfect location. The host helped book drivers for us from train station. Then booked a driver from Rome to Ravello. We were very pleased with our check in process. Met Alan at the house and he left us some nice wine. Great stay.

Great stay in Rome

The location was perfect for Rome and had nice views from the small balconies. The apartment was clean and very nicely decorated. The elevator was small but worked well to get all our luggage up to the 6th floor. Our host was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Fabulous stay

We had a family vacation of 8 members and we loved the apt . The location was superb and the apt was so clean. The house manager Alan was absolutely wonderful and responsive to any questions and needs. We cannot say enough about our stay. I would only recommend some more towels and blankets.

between Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain

We all loved the location in the heart of the city and appreciated the wonderful trash pickup every morning and the street cleaners who polished the area every morning as well. The apartment was like living in a Fred Astaire/Ginger Rogers movie set.
