The location is outstanding. Even though it's off of a very busy street, our room was so quiet. And conveniently, there is an absolutely amazing restaurant directly next to the hotel. The air conditioning worked great. The kitchen had everything we needed, including paper towels and dish soap. They are so responsive on whatsapp. Much appreciated! Would absolutely stay again!

Great hotel! We came as family of 5 in August 2026 and it was so hot! The room was spacious and the air conditioning was super powerful. There was one AC unit for the kitchen area/secondary sleeping area and another in the primary bedroom! Beds are very comfortable. I also liked that the room had not only a small fridge but a little freezer and they had an ice tray so we could make ice to take with us in our tumblers before heading out for the day. The local supermarket is 2 min walk anway and the location of hotel is walking distance to Vatican, collesium and all major sites. There r plenty of of places to eat on the same street as the hotel and a very popular tiramisu place right beside the hotel as well (tik tok mentioned). We felt safe leaving kids in room on their devices with pizza while we grabbed drinks/food at the restaurants. Hotel room has plates, paper towels etc. and microwave is useful for leftovers.

Great location, comfy bed, nice and clean. Great restaurant (called est) right outside the door on the street which was so good that we dined there twice. We also ate in for breakfast and a couple of small meals but we didn't have the basics that we would have appreciated like a shaker of salt, there was only a serrated knife that made cutting a bit clumsy. Bad hair because there were little botles of shampoo but no conditioner. I almost bought some but it was our last stop. wifi worked great, air conditioning was a must have and worked great. The front desk were very pleasant. With our Cdn exchange I found it pricey for the surroundings but we were also happy here. Rome is pricey so we accepted that. Be prepared to navigate one flight of stairs to the elevator. Not usually an issue for me but i had a leg injury. We arrived early on the first day and when we returned, Fabrizzio had kindly ferried our luggage up for us. If you use facial tissue, bring your own. Bidet was a nice touch. If you wan't fancy, this isn't it. If you want cleanliness, friendliness and a decent bed, this could be your stop.
