La chambre est simple, un peu vieillotte, mais propre, grande et calme. Il y a un petit frigo, ce qui est agréable et utile. La dame qui tient l'établissement est sympathique.

Esta bastante bien ubicado y es un lugar tranquilo, el barrio me daba un poco de desconfianza por las noches ya que había muchísimas inmigrantes hombres y hacían grupos en la plaza y la calle, no me sentía muy cómoda pero el hotel si lo era

Struttura soddisfacente. Camera molto spaziosa e ben accessoriata. Tv led, frigorifero, cassetta di sicurezza, bagno in stanza, asciugacapelli, tavolo e sedie in camera per poter mangiare volendo comodamente in stanza. Ogni giorno ben pulita. Asciugamani cambiati quotidianamente

Good Location but very horrible breakfast

It was mentioned that Continental Breakfast but it's just bread jam & butter. That too limited. When we asked for extra crossinut she refused to give one. Other than that, location is really good. Next to door is the metro station. Pictures of breakfast provided is outdated & it's not continental breakfast

ローマ駅から歩いて15分ほどで着くことができるアクセスが良いホテルです。日本人の方が経営されているので日本語で対応していただけます。おかげで快適に過ごすことができました。エレベータが古いので大きな荷物がある人は大変かもしれません。

Great stay

The hotel was in a very convenient location, close to the station, shops, and sight seeing spots. It's very clean and the owner was very nice and helpful. As a low budget hotel, this is the best hotel I've ever stayed at in Rome. I've been to Rome at least 8 times now.

Pleasant Hotel

A nice little hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, clean bathroom, and good breakfast. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Location was good - short walk from Roma Termini station; it's also right beside a Metro station for access to Spanish Steps and Vatican City; and 15 min walk to the Colosseum. Overall a great stay, would return in future!

Nice small hotel close to the Metro train station.

Very nice place. The staff was very friendly. Nice breakfast. Even though the hotel is small, it was very clean with nice paintings on the walls.

駅から徒歩10分、優しく落ち着いた日本人の方が経営しているホテル

極小の一人乗りエレベーターは2階から乗るので注意して下さい。広くて清潔な部屋でした。ビルの下にアジア系マーケットがあります。夜間も治安はそんなに悪くなさそうでした。コインランドリーも周囲にいくつかあります。コロッセオまで徒歩10分程度です。この立地でこのコスパなら満足です。 少しシャワー圧が弱かったくらいかな。

Kiva majoitus kohtuuhintaan.

Olin kolme yötä tyttöystäväni kanssa kyseisessä majoituksessa. Majoitus sijaitsi 4. kerroksessa, jonne pääsi pienellä hissillä. Palvelu oli erittäin ystävällistä. Huone ja vessa olivat siistejä ja jääkaappi kätevä lisä. Televisio ja suihkukoppi olivat pieniä, lämmintä vettä piti suihkusta odottaa tovi. Sänky oli ok, mutta ehkä hieman turhan epämukava. Aamiainen oli kahvi/tee, paahtoleipää, keksejä ja leivos. Hotellin sijainti hyvä juna-asemaa ja Colosseumia silmällä pitäen. Lähin metroasema oli aivan vieressä. Toisaalta myös suurinosa nähtävästä oli parin kolmen kilometrin säteellä, että jos kävellä jaksaa hieman niin sijainti oli hyvä. Ainoa merkittävä miinus on, että jouduimme maksamaan jonkin sortin veroa vielä 3,5 euroa per henki per yö, vaikka luulimme, että kaikki oli jo maksettu. Kaikkinensa tähän hintaan hyvä majoitus.

テルミニ駅から近い

テルミニ駅から近く便利でした。 日本語で対応できるので、なんでも気軽に尋ねることができました。ただ、Wi-Fiがない中ホテルを探すのがとても難しかったです。 また、エレベーターが小さいので荷物がある場合は1人しか乗れないと思います。

최대 단점은 어딘지 잘 못찾겠다는거... 카를로 알베르토 하우스 초인종 누르고 들어가자마자 오른쪽 계단으로 1층정도 올라가면 엘레베이터 있어요 엘베 타고 문 다 닫고 4층 눌러서 올라가면 바로 우측입니다 한국분들은 헷갈리지 마시라구 남겨요 ㅎㅎ 사장님이 일본 분이신데 진짜 친절하시고 깔끔하신 성격입니다. 어지간한 부탁 다 들어주시고 너무 좋았어요 바로 앞에 지하철 출구있고, 에어컨 필요하시면 하루 4유로인가? 포터블 에어컨 가져다 주십니다

安心、快適なB&B

一人旅で11日間お世話になりました。 テルミニ駅から徒歩圏。地下鉄の入口が目の前。各観光名所までのアクセス抜群。スーパーやレストランは沢山あるので困りません。なのに夜は静か。 オーナーさんがフレンドリーな方で世間話から色々な観光の相談に乗ってくれ、アドバイスをくれます。 他のお客さんとも旅の情報交換ができ楽しかったです。 部屋の設備は文句ナシ。毎日のルームクリーニングで清潔に保たれてます。 wi-fiもストレスない速さ。 文句のつけようがない良宿だったので、またローマに滞在するときは利用させてもらいます。
