We recently stayed here and can’t fault it, the room we had was lovely, small but plenty of space for a couple! We had a balcony room which we loved. The bed and pillows were super comfortable as well. It’s quite a few stairs to get up to the rooms but there is a lift, we didn’t use it though as it looked very old! The owner was great, even though we didn’t really see many staff the whole trip they were really amazing at contacting us and giving us all the info we needed via the chat service they use. It’s in a great area, super close to Termini station and within walking distance of most big monuments, around 20 mins to colosseum, trevi fountain etc.. only thing that let it down was that the coffee machine was broken and leaked a bit so would be good to get that fixed! Thanks for our stay!

This place was quite small but lovely! Stayed on our last night in Italy and had a swift and easy self check in process. Very close to train station and a variety of great trattorias. About 20 min walk to Trevi and Spanish Steps. Enjoyed a coffee on the terrace on our last morning!

I do not recommend this hotel. Very overpriced for what it is. Also I am not sure why the word Luxury is in the name. Nothing luxurious about it. It looks better in photos but it is way more worn out IRL. There was no staff present while we were there and unfortunately I didn’t realize they had such limited hours when I booked but we only needed one night and that was hard to find. The mattress and pillows were the worst I experienced during my 2 weeks in Italy. At least it was quiet at night. Very close to Termini station which made it convenient returning from other cities and heading to the airport the next morning. The coffee machine was nice as everywhere else we stayed was just a kettle and instant coffee. I had wanted to pay by a different credit card than I used to book the hotel but since there was no staff present when I was there, I was not able to.
