The price was good but overpriced for what you got. The room was unclean, there were splashes and marks all over the walls. The shower did not work very well, was weak and would randomly swap between the rainfall shower and the shower head. Despite being a non smoking room, the room and all the linen smelt strongly of cigarettes and we do not smoke. There was no tea spoon or milk for the teas and coffees so we had to go out and buy it ourselves and the TV remote did not work. We stayed for 4 nights and no form of cleaning was done and we had to use the same towels and bedding the whole stay. That being said, the check in was very well explained and easy to find.

The room was spacious and clean, and the light-colored walls made it feel bright and comfortable. The location near Vatican City was very convenient and a great choice for sightseeing. During my stay, the Wi-Fi became unavailable late on the first night and did not return before check-out after two nights. Mobile data reception inside the room was also limited, which may be inconvenient for guests who need reliable internet access.

Idealne połączenie z lotniska Ciampino. Bardzo blisko do metra. Mnóstwo restauracji w przystępnych cenach. Z pokoju widok na mury Watykanu. Bardzo blisko do najbardziej znanych zabytków. Jeżeli chodzi o pokój duży wygodne łóżko bardzo dobra klimatyzacja, szczelne okno, ciepła woda w prysznicu oraz dodatkowo mała lodówka której właściwie nie używaliśmy. Bardzo polecam.

The location was accessible to most attractions and close to the bus stop. The only thing im concerned is the fire safety issue of the door lock system not sure if its all the same in Rome but in case of emergency you should always have your door keys close to reach because its a double door and you cant just get out fast you need the keys to unlock both doors

Das Einchecken lief problemlos mit der Anleitung. Wir haben ein Doppelbett gebucht, jedoch zwei Einzelbetten bekommen. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber das Wasser in der Klospülung floss die ganze Zeit, weshalb das Klo durchgehend Geräusche machte, die man auch im Schlafzimmer die ganze Zeit hörte. Ebenso machte der Kühlschrank im Zimmer immer wieder laute Geräusche. Das Zimmer war allgemein sehr hellhörig, man hörte die anderen Gäste deutlich und auch die Baustelle draußen war sehr laut zu hören. Das Wasser in der Dusche hatte kaum Druck und es ist fast nicht möglich sich die Haare zu waschen, erst Recht keine langen Haare. Auch vom Service waren wir leider wenig begeistert: Wir baten den Inhaber am Morgen um neue Handtücher und sagten ihm, dass das Zimmer ansonsten nicht geputzt werden müsse. Er sagte, dass das kein Problem sei. Als wir am Abend ins Zimmer kamen, haben wir allerdings keine neuen Handtücher bekommen. Am ersten Tag hat das WLAN nicht funktioniert und wir hatten beiden keinen Empfang im Gebäude, am zweiten Tag hat das WLAN dann aber funktioniert. Auch der Check-out verlief nicht ganz reibungslos, der Inhaber schrieb uns, dass wir um 10 Uhr persönlich auschecken müssen, aber er selbst war um 10 Uhr dann gar nicht da. Glücklicherweise kam dann ein Reinigungsmann, dem wir die Schlüssel geben konnten, denn auf unsere Nachfrage per Telefon hat der Inhaber nicht gleich geantwortet. Das beste war auf jeden Fall die Lage.
