Неквалифицированный персонал и ужасный сервис!

Ужасное и неквалифицированный персонал, которые не решает возникшие вопросы. Остановились в отеле на одну ночь, так как друзья уехали днём ранее, а апартаменты было забронированы до 10 ноября. После долгой прогулки по городу в поседений день остались в холодном номере без горячий воды. На ресепшене никого, а на телефоны указанные в номере и на дверях никто не отвечает, один номер принадлежит сотруднику, который работал 4 года тому назад. Единственный доступный номер это тот, который у них на сайте и там мне дали очень странный ответ, что это наверное проблема здания, а не отеля и никого они позвать из сотрудников отеля не могут. Хотя время ещё не слишком позднее и на Hotels.com у них есть поздний заезд, что говорит о том, что сотрудники отеля могут быть на месте или хотя бы на территории. Утром появился сотрудник, который даже ничего не знал о нашей проблеме и сам не понимал, что такое и как решить вопрос. Потом он зашёл в хоз комнату и что-то включил, а потом показывал нам, что все типа работает. Отель просто не включил обогрев воды, хотя в отели мы были единственные гости! Ужасный персонал и отель! Не ведитесь на низкую стоимость!

Keys did not work ever - even after three different sets. Showers way, way, way too small — 2’ x 2’. Staff only there until noon. Beds very, very, very uncomfortable. If you are staying with two people - this is an ok place, beds ok. If you are staying with five - forget it - beds very uncomfortable, keys don’t work, one bathroom with a tiny, tiny shower —- good luck!!! Great location. Very poor for families over two people.

Værelset var småt men flot. Vinduer ud til gaden - vi kunne godt lide det men måske andre synes det er for lyst og befærdet. Der var varmt og lidt indelukket om natten og aircondition var ikke ret meget bevendt. Det var ikke super god betjening. Man skal aftale med receptionen hvornår man tjekker ind - for det er i virkeligheden mere et "guesthouse" end et hotel - der er ikke fast receptionist. Det tog lang tid at få nøgler der virkede.

This place is not a hotel. It is more like a converted townhouse/apartment. That being said, we loved it. Had 2 twin beds and a good sized bed. Easily and comfortably fit 2 adults and 2 kids. The bathroom shower is very small so if you are tall it will be a problem. Very close to the colosseum. 5 restaurants, 3 gelato places within 2 minutes walk. Would come back

Ask for extra toilet paper if traveling with girls. Sraff was very helpful and accommodating. Can't beat the location. Best real American coffee at the cafe across the street.

צ'ק אין איטו בטירוף

כשניגשנו למקום, ישנה דלת כניסה גדולה שלא בניין, אי אפשר לפתוח אותה ללא מפתח, ולא ענו לנו עם הפעמון. במזל השגנו שיחות והתקשרנו למס שהיה מצויים בהזמנה,ענה לי הבחור של הצ'ק אין והסביר לי שעוד 15 דקות הוא מגיע. אחרי 39 דקות שאנחנו ממתינים לו, התקשרנו שוב והבטיח ש5 דקות הוא מגיע.. בסופו של דבר הגיע באיחור של שעה, מצטער ומסביר לנו שהוא עובד בעוד 3 מלונות והוא עושה צ'ק אין בכולם.. זה לקח לנו זמן רב מהטיול ודיי ביאס אותנו. אין ארוחת בוקר, ישנם עוד מס חדרים ששומעים הכל מהכל, וגם הרעש מבחוץ דיי מפריע. הווילונות לא ניתנים לסגירה ככה שיש לך בבוקר אור שמציק לך. דיי לא הייתי חוזר למקום הזה.

Fick sen information om att vi skulle bli flyttade till ett annat Chroma hotell, alldeles i närheten. Det enda problemet var att denna lgh (familjerum) var mindre än den ursprungligt avtalade. Detta fick vi sedermera kompensation för. Lägenheten var annars enligt förväntningar, ren och funktionell. Området mycket bra, nära till restauranger, Coloseum samt tågstation. Bra överlag, men att vi fick byta hotell och till ett mindre rum drar ned helhetsbetyg

Fantastic location. Literally a few streets away from the coliseum. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and tidy. We saw staff everyday who made sure we were ok. However, the one thing that let down our stay was the shower. When you have been out all day in the baking sun you want to come back to your room and have a nice shower.. the 3 nights we stayed this was not the case. The shower ran red hot, burning in fact for a few mins then freezing cold for several. It was impossible to shower properly. I told hotel staff who said it would be fixed, it was the same the second night. I mentioned it again and on the last night it was dangerously hot, no cold at all. We felt this was very dangerous if our son had showered first. Alas, for this reason I would never stay there again or recommend this hotel.

Good location, confortable room

La ubicación es perfecta a cuadra y media del Coliseo, la vía sobre la que está ubicado el hotel es muy movida y con muchas opciones de restaurantes Aunque más que un hotel es un guest House y por fuera aparenta ser una casa muy vieja por dentro está remodelado En general es una buena opción

Downgraded our room at last minute

The location and service was very good. The young man who was servicing the rooms was very attentive. Our main complaint/disappointment was that we had booked a suite well in advance, and we received an email when we were in Florence (the day before travelling to Rome), saying the suite was double booked and that we would get a regular room instead. There was no discount, but they included breakfast vouchers (which we didn't use), and we didn't have to pay the tourist tax. We specifically searched a long time for a suite in a good location, and this last minute change left us no time to cancel and find another place. Very disappointed in that regard.

Poor room lighting; front desk staffed only 3 hours per day in morning and by man from India who is not fluent in English; no manager; this "hotel" only has 3 guest rooms. No safe in room. Location and bed are good.

The apartment location was absolutely great. It was a short walk from the coliseum. The local train station was nearby. The restaurants were in close proximity. I have absolutely no issues with the apt.

Family flat in the middle of ancient Rome

Very welcoming personnel and a flat situated in the middle of antic Rome with Colosseum and Forum Romanum just 200 meters away. The flat had enough space for our family of five (including two teenagers) and had everything we needed for our stay. Loads of ok bars and restaurants in the area both for breakfast and other meals.
