Small property, but staff go above and beyond to help. Fulvia at the front desk was awesome - she helped us with an early check in knowing that we had just flew over 8 hours in the air from NewYork, made taxi reservations to be picked up at the airport in Rome and return arrangements to the airport. We couldn’t have asked for a more friendly and personalized service. Being that the hotel is small (it appeared to have less than 20 rooms), all the guest staying there greet each other and will more than likely have seen each other on multiple occasions during the stay here. Our family loved the stay and highly recommend this to anyone planning to stay in Rome. It was close to every attraction (we visited all the main Rome attractions minis the colosseum) in 2 days - all on foot.

Ottima location, buona l’accoglienza alla reception e in sala colazioni. La stanza (611) permeata da un forte e davvero fastidioso odore di polvere. La stanza è piccolina, l’odore e le tappezzerie (rinunciabili) la rendono clustrofobica e la sensazione è quella di dormire in un ambiente poco salubre.

The hotel was fantastic, very close to the Vatican. The room was amazing with views of St Peter's. The staff were very helpful and nothing was a problem to sort out. The restaurant they suggested was excellent as well. Perfect hotel.

Perfect location, great staff

This hotel could not be better located, literally only 10 mins from the Vatican. A little more of a walk to other sites such as Colosseum, etc. breakfast was adequate and enough to store you up for the day, probably could do with a couple more hot choices, but otherwise ok. The staff were excellent, not sure how many are there but we only ever saw three, but saw Vulvia in particular on the reception desk many times, whom i would describe absolutely as the face of cola De Rienzo, she is wonderful, informative, funny. She got our little break started with good places to go and how to get there via, feet , bus or metro. gave us lots of tips on avoiding pick pockets. There was not anywhere that she didn't seem to know, including the best times and prices when to come back. If i had a little niggle it was possibly that we had no view from our room, there was such a large shelf below our window we couldn't even see the road, plus the window was quite high making it impossible to see anything really and we could have done with more than one USB point. But that said the room was always clean and fresh, and the shower has to be the best shower we have ever used, It had water coming from every direction. Overall a great stay and we would definitely stay again. But a big thanks to Vulvia who made it for us

The property was in a great location only a 10 minute walk from the Vatican. It was very close to metro and bus and it was located in an area with lots of shops and restaurants. Our room was a good size with a spacious bathroom, perfect for the two of us. The receptionist was very helpful with great recommendations for restarants. The experience was above our expectations.

Schönes kleines Hotel im Zentrum. Die Straße ist sehr belebt, aber da die Zimmer im 6. Stock sind, ist es nicht laut. Zu Fuß ist man ca. in einer Viertel Stunde an der Piazza Navona.

Loving Cola di Rienzo

This place was AMAZING!!! Not your standard walk in hotel to check in. You have to press the buzzer to get the front / reception desk. But in our case we arrived very early. Not a problem since there is a nice sitting bench right next to the building. Once the receptionist arrived, she was very helpful and her professionalism was exceptional. Her staff helped us with our luggage as the elevator doesn't go all the way to the top floor. There's two flights of stairs that you have to go up. Not so bad if you didn't have heavy luggage. Once inside, she was so in tuned with making our arrival a pleasant one. We were offered breakfast even though we haven't checked in. It was really nice after travelling several hours in the wee hours to get there. They were all so helpful in providing us valuable information about transportation and tips to stay safe. As with any tourist place, pickpocketers are everywhere. So stay alert! Other than that, I really felt at ease and relaxed here.

Dit hotel is stil en comfortabel. Het ligt op de 6e verdieping van een klassiek kantoorgebouw in een straat met mooie winkels. De lift is een ervaring op zich, prima functionerend maar een museumstuk.

Lovely stay, great location

Staff were really helpful and friendly, food for breakfast was lovely too. Perfect location and really well decorated throughout, lovely room and bathroom etc. Only negatives would be that our bed was very firm (bordering on too firm) and the shower didn't work brilliantly as it was part of the bath rather than a walk in shower but the bath was amazing with jacuzzi function which was great when we had time to use it!

Alles bestens. Kleine Location mit individuellem, nettem Service in sehr gutem Zustand und schönem Ambiente und guter Ausstattung. Gute Lage nahe Vatican und Petersdom. Great stay!

Really great hotel. Nice rooms. Bathroom has interesting lighting which could be improved with brighter lights, lighter decor and larger mirrors. Concierge and cleaning staff were excellent and very welcoming. accomodating. If you have a lot of luggage or a baby stroller (like we did), be awarer that the elevator does not go to the topfloor where the hotel is located.

Bell’albergo in Ottima posizione

Molto comodo per la posizione vicina al Vaticano e nella zona dello shopping per eccellenza. Veramente bello e pulito, camere con tutti i confort. Unico neo: un po’ difficile per chi ha problemi di deambulazione perché si trova all ultimo piano di un bel palazzo antico ma L ascensore arriva solo al piano sottostante e quindi si deve fare un piano a piedi

We had an amazing stay! The woman at the front desk was super friendly and helpful printing out our train tickets for us, it had a great breakfast, the location was perfect as well, would definitely stay here again!

Super de luxe kamer met giga badkamer , kamer 604

Deze mega luxe kamer , waarvan de badkamer groter is dan de slaapkamer . Met jacuzzi, sauna, douche welke een keiharde straal heeft, iedere dag schone handdoeken, een kluisje en mini bar, waterkoker. Alleen voor koffie en cappucino moet je betalen welke wel 24/7 te verkrijgen is. Leuke sloffen staan klaar. En je mag eerder op de kamer als ze klaar zijn met schoonmaak. Alles top verzorgd. De lift erna toe is een uitdaging die moet je met de hand sluiten en is van voor de jaar telling. De taxi die ze aan raden vanuit hotel is perfect geregeld en maar net iets duurder dan een bus en trein, voor twee personen met bagage betaal je 55 euro, maar dan staat hij ook op de luchthaven heel vriendelijk te wachten op je , ook als je vertraging hebt. Top geregeld dus. Dus voof een retour ben je 110euro kwijt.
