Nice, comfy and clean room. Staffs were sweet and helpful. Emanuela the owner was sweet, helpful and promply responded to any messages that we asked. Hotel is 1meter away from bus stop and so close to train station. We walked to Vatican only 20mins.. Good stay and awesome experience exploring Rome and Jubilee pilgrimage.

The accommodations were perfect. We were only in Rome for 2 nights on our way to Sardinia and wanted to focus our time at the Vatican. The location to the Vatican is perfect and the neighborhood cafes and restaurants are exactly that, neighborhood and not touristy. They let us leave our bags in our room early in the morning and come back at 3pm for check in. The car service to and from the airport was on time and very professional. I would highly recommend the Colonna Luxury Suites for your next trip to Rome.

Place was so clean and smells fresh everytime we walked into the room. Its cery close to everything considering have to walk to places. It's close to the city centre , 20min walk to St Peters Basilica. The staff helped us book our taxi to the airport , it was on time as well. Everything was great altogether .

Franco, the property manager, was very helpful. He welcome us at our arrival and departure. He called us a taxi to go to the airport. Very nice place to stay and walk to historic places. The room was clean, modern, and spacious for two persons with two big luggages and two carry-ons. Very comfortable and safe.

Franco the property manager was terrific. He allowed us in our room a couple hours before check-in time which was a big help as we were just arriving from the US and had a ton of luggage. The rooms were clean and comfortable and everything we needed was within walking distance. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone needing a room in Rome.

Ottima location, praticissima per vicinanza alla metro che la collega a Termini. Zona Prati molto carina, con locali ben curati. A 10 min a piedi da Piazza del Popolo e a 10 minuti a piedi dal Vaticano. Location perfetta per visita alla città, ma anche per eventi sportivi al Foro Italico. Il b&b sembra di recente ristrutturazione, ben curato, silenziosissimo (la ns era la camera 503 al 5° piano), letto comodissimo, bagno e doccia spaziosi. Ascensore. Proprietario molto disponibile. Tutto impeccabile!

O hotel fica um pouco fora do centro de Roma (quase sempre pegávamos uber ou taxi para ir e voltar), mas a região é muito tranquila e tem muito comércio. Não percebemos que não era um hotel de fato, e sim flats (ou Suites, como chamam), o que foi um pouco decepcionante. O quarto em si é bem espaçoso, novo e limpo, e ainda dãi água de cortesia, então isso foi um ponto bem positivo. A pessoa que nos recebeu era muito simpática, Tea, porém não falava inglês, o que dificultou a comunicação. A certo momento da nossa estadia, o banheiro ficou com um cheiro muito ruim por horas (provavelmente retorno do esgoto), mandamos mensagem para o nosso ponto de contato, Franco, e ele foi verificar no dia seguinte, mas já havia saído. No último dia, antes de sair, percebemos que o cheiro estava retornando, mas como já estávamos de saída, nem falamos nada. O café da manhã na verdade é um vale de 7 euros por pessoa no café que é vizinho ao local. No geral, foi uma boa estadia!
