Colosseum Street n.1 - at 100 mt to the Metro

Gorgeous apartment for 5 people in front of the Colosseum!

It is located on the 3rd floor with lift. You will find a coffee machine that allows you to prepare an excellent Italian or American coffee and also a creamy hot or cold cappuccino with lots of foam :-) In the total price we already offer sheets, towels, toilet paper and hand soap and liquid soap for the shower



The apartment is on the first floor without a lift. It is accessed with an application and access codes in self check-in mode

Smoking is not permitted in the house. Small pets are not allowed..

The building is located in front of the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums. You can reach the center walking among the ruins of the Roman Empire and easily reach the historic center for shopping or to go and see the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. The metro is 100 meters away and you can also reach the Vatican or on foot in 40 minutes. An ideal apartment to see Rome!

From Fiumicino you can take the train to Roma Termini station and then take the subway to Colosseo station.

Great Location - but the apt is bad need of an update -
Again location is great! 1 block to the metro -very safe area - colosseum and many other key places all within 2 - 6 block walk - however the apt is like staying at your grandma's old house from 1975 -very clean but old furniture, old soft beds, old bedding, smallest shower (if you are over 225 lbs. there is no way you can fit in the shower). 2nd bathroom is really the laundry room with a toilet off the side of the sink, so you have sideways on the toilet.

Fantastic Location
We loved staying here. We walked everywhere, but the apartment is convenient to all public transit. It is magical to walk past Roman ruins every time one heads out for the day. Apartment was spotless and communication was excellent. Owner's restaurant recommendations were on point. Be advised that a wider person might find the shower a bit too small.

Nothing Short of Extraordinary!
Our stay at Colosseum Street n.1 was nothing short of extraordinary! This gorgeous apartment, situated right outside the iconic Colosseum, provided us with an unforgettable Roman experience. The location is undoubtedly the highlight of this property. Being mere steps away from the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums, we felt like we were living in the heart of ancient Rome. The ability to stroll through the ruins of the Roman Empire and easily commute to all of the historic landmarks like the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain, made our visit truly magical. The convenience of having the metro station just 100 meters away was a game-changer. Larenzo (host) went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of during our stay! From arranging private transportation to and from the airport for our family (highly recommended), to having a little booklet of recommended restaurants and other useful information he had everything covered. Umar was waiting for us when we arrived at the apartment and helped us get our luggage up to the room and then gave us a quick tour of the place. The apartment itself was a cozy haven. The attention to detail was evident, from the well-equipped kitchen featuring a fantastic coffee machine and illy coffee pods, to the provided essentials like sheets, towels, toilet paper, and soaps. The thoughtfulness extended to every aspect of our accommodation. This apartment is ideal for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the beauty of Rome.

1st time in Rome
The location of our stay was the best as we were so close to the coliseum— near the bus, taxi, & especially near Termini train station! There is a lot of things to do at night- lots of food choices & can walk to other nearby sites! There will s also a sense of safety as the coliseum is guarded by military and they are on the same street as the apartment entrance. We you walk in there’s a beautiful big door & patio area, beautiful staircase up and best of all an elevator— small but very useful! Mr. Umar and Mr Lorenzo we’re both great communicating during our stay. We were also grateful we were able to have him help us arrange a car from airport since we arrived about 9pm. 4of us we’re happy about this beautiful apartment- we felt like we were comfortable in out short stay home! Thank you!

Perfect location but needs a little TLC
We absolutely loved the location. It is super close to the colosseum and a metro station. The apartment was overall clean but if you are a clean freak, you will not find it clean. There was still dust and particles on the floor. The shower is tiny and the water temperature was going from hot to cold and very uncomfortable. There was no hand towel for bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with the bare minimum. No salt, no pepper, no paper towel or hand towel. The less desirable parts of the appartement were made up by the perfect location so if you are not too picky, you will be satisfied.

Location, Location, Location
Wow!!!! This flat was amazing! There was enough space for all 5 of us (17 yr old and up). We cooked Atleast one meal a day. The kitchen had every pot and pan, dish and utensil we needed!! Inside the apartment we were home! Once we stepped outside, the colosseum view was incredible. Access to the colosseum and metro were only a few hundred feet away. Perfect location for site seeing or relaxing.
