Buongiorno...sicuramente la mia sorpresa è stata grossa in negativo in quanto solo per trovarlo ci voleva la bussola...impossile scaricare i bagagli al piano stradale e ancor peggio portarli a un secondo piano e mezzo..figuriamoci un bambino sul pesseggino..per il prezzo pagato(con la stessa tariffa ho soggiornato in hotel migliori e molto più centrali) senza alcuna ricevuta..comprensiva della tassa di soggiorno,,per il pagamento solo in contanti..per un bancomat bisognava andare su di un altro piano..insomma..decisamente deludente e negativo...da evitare per famiglie..

Sono stato piú volte a Ecolodge per motivi di lavoro, ed ogni volta mi sono trovato molto bene. L'accoglienza é sempre stata ottima e cordiale; tutte le stanze in cui sono state erano curate nei dettagli, pulite e molto luminose. Il bagno é molto grande e moderno. Le camere non sono grandissime (anche se non manca niente né lo spazio per muoversi e sistemare i bagagli). Personalmente a me piace molto anche il quartiere: il centro é facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici. Il quartiere é al tempo stesso tranquillo (specie l'hotel che dá su un giardino privato) e vivace: ci sono moltissimi negozi, bar, ristoranti, trattorie... Sembra di stare in un quartiere di Berlino o Parigi, dove la gente si conosce, é accogliente, si socializza facilmente ma senza il caos e la folla del centro. Se volete soggiornare a Roma e non vi pesano 15 minuti di bus o metro per arrivare al Colosseo, vi consiglio caldamente questa zona!

Ospitalità, accoglienza e professionalità

Devo dire che fin dall’inizio questa struttura mi ha colpito per la professionalità e la cortesia. Subito dopo aver prenotato mi hanno inviato un’email con i loro recapiti telefonici e le informazioni essenziali, chiedendomi inoltre se avevo richieste particolari, orari non consueti, ecc: un’attenzione gradita! L’hotel si trova su una piccola corte/giardino interno, ed è molto silenzioso. All’inizio non è stato facile da trovare, perché dalla strada vedevo l’entrata. Dopo un po’ ho telefonato ai numeri che mi avevano fornito e mi hanno dato subito le indicazioni giuste. All’arrivo l’accoglienza è stata al tempo stesso professionale e calda; la camera era davvero molto bella, con arredamento di design, e piuttosto ampia: aveva anche un piccolo salotto con tavolino e poltrona. Grande il bagno e molto bella la doccia. Il wi-fi (molto veloce) era gratuito. Ottima pure la colazione. Lo consiglio caldamente!
