Nice overnight stay

We had an overnight stay. We had a difficult time locating the place, but one phone call later the manager was outside flagging us down. The continental breakfast was very good. The cleanliness was impeccable.

The room was tiny and only 1 chair for two people, no drinks available no clean , didn’t change bedding or towels, no toilet paper, increased the price at the last moment didn’t speak any English which was off putting

This property is clean, quiet, comfortable, and accessible to the main sightseeing places. Expect to have sweets for breakfast. The manager of the property is a very good host. From Airport to property: We got off at Ostiense in the Trenitalia. Walk outside to your left. It is about 3 to 4 min walk. You will see a big M for the metro. Be aware of helpful Gysies who work in groups acting like they want to help you. Always ask for directions from older or mature people. What to know?:The B train stops at all the important sites you might want to see in Rome. and In case you want to go to the Vatican, again take the train B transfer to MA train and exit at the Octaviano stop. There is an information and Billeteria (Ticket) office for the Vatican. BE AWARE that the train does have a time to close and the busses run off schedule at night. Directions: This property was close to the Train B Laurentina. From this train station you take the Bus 702 or 720 to la fermata de Bonaiuto ( Via Vigna Morata). Exit the bus and walk to your right. When you get to the corner turn left and walk one short block. Then Turn right, and again left. Walk up a few steps and your destination will be on your right.

Zona tranquilla

Scelta questa zona in occasione di un concerto al Palaeur, raggiungibile con una camminata di 40 minuti scarsi. Zona tranquilla e illuminata e silenziosa. Camera piccolina, ma con letto comodo, colazione nella norma per un b&b. Bagno nuovo, che con qualche accorgimento sarebbe ottimo ( non c'è una mensola e manca la ventolina).Host gentile .

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte, devo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene, la signora che ci ha accolti, molto simpatica e disponibile, nonostante l'arrivo decisamente in anticipo sull'orario concordato. Ci ha consigliato dove andare a mangiare, indicandoci anche i servizi nei dintorni del B&B. Il quartire tranquillo. Struttura da consigliare, ci torneremo
