The location was great, however the stay fell short in terms of cleanliness and service. Upon arrival, the room was not cleaned as expected, with visible stains left in the toilet and even stains on the comforter. Additionally, despite housekeeping being a guaranteed service included in the reservation, it never came during our stay. On multiple occasions I had to follow up more than once to receive a response from the property, and my final message—sent with one day remaining in our reservation to ask about housekeeping—has still gone unanswered.

The room and staff were perfectly fine, but the hotel is a bit far from a lot of stuff to do. You are very close to the colosseum but it was about at 35 minute walk to get to the city center of Rome.

The photos that appear from the hotel are not exactly the reality. The girl at the front desk is very friendly and attentive but only she works at the hotel from 8-5pm after that no one attends to you!! They didn't even make the room the days I was there that were 2!! The area is convenient because many restaurants and the coliseum are close to you!!

The room was practical and okay, the ac functioned as it should and it was fairly clean but not VERY clean. Excellent location. Very close to Colosseum. The reason for mediocre rating is, the rooms are not well insulated and noise carries VERY easily between rooms. The other guests were not noisy, but if you are unlucky with other guests and they are noisy you will hear everything.
