We’ve travelled to Italy in high summer and AC wasn’t working properly in the night, it was making flashing noise,1st night we’re unable to sleep. I hope owner has managed to fix this problem. Otherwise, all the amenities, bus stop and train station are within 5mins of walking distance. The overall property is nice and clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Pls be advise, this is not a typical hotel where you have a front desk to help you. This is more of an airbnb. You can contact the manager via email for all your concerns and there is nowhere to store your luggage just in case youre early. You will also not be able to check in early just in case you want to roam the city prior to checking in. All these should be mentioned prior to arrival. The place is clean yes, but the ac did not work well. Hope this helps to next customer. The place is also walking distance to restaurants.

Fantastic room, lots of space, (Room 3) Alas, no hot water at 10 PM, nor at 7 AM, so I had to have a very tepid shower The sound proofing is not good, you can hear other people talking in their rooms, plus the common area does nothing to keep noise levels down So would I stay again, possibly as I may have got unlucky I could not fault the room itself, it was perfect as was the location

El alojamiento estaba muy bien, las camas eran cómodas y la habitación bastante limpia. Igual le faltaba algo de espacio para dejar las cosas tanto en el baño como en la habitación, pero realmente buscábamos un sitio sobre todo para poder descansar después de estar todo el día en la calle. El lugar de emplazamiento era bastante céntrico y cerca de muchos de los monumentos y paradas obligatorias si vas a Roma. El edificio era antiguo y moderno a la vez, cosa que lo hace más especial, por las noches no se oía ningún ruido de la calle, lo único en alguna ocasión alguno de los otros huéspedes, pero en general se dormía bastante bien. Lo único que puedo decir es que la habitación para tres es igual algo justa de espacio, pero por lo demás muy recomendable.
