Delightful apartment a stone's throw from the Colosseum

Located on the first floor with lift, in an elegant building of the late '800, recently renovated, a stone's throw from the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums and a few minutes from the metro lines B (Colosseo stop) and metro A (stop S. John).
Composed of a double bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with kitchenette and a comfortable double sofa bed, with the possibility of adding a cot and a high chair for babies.
Equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, safe, washing machine, equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster and microwave).
Not suitable for wheelchairs; pets are not allowed.
Much sought after in the internal finishes, note the prestigious terracotta flooring, the vaulted ceilings, in particular that of the bathroom with the original exposed bricks and Arabic tiles in the kitchenette and in the shower. We give you the opportunity to use two bicycles to pedal around the neighborhood and easily reach some of the most enchanting sites in the city (P. zza Venezia, Via del Corso, P. zza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, P. zza Navona, P. zza del Popolo). Quiet because it is located inside the condominium courtyard, despite being located in a central area of the city.

Cute apartment in very good location

The apartment is perfect for 3 people. Comfortable bed and pull out couch. Lots of cupboard and closet space and big bathroom. The location is close to the Collesum and many restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!!

The neigh orhood was delightful and we appreciated the very informative checkin that we had. Check out was also very simple. If in Rome again this is thebplace to stay.

Rome Marathon

We stayed in Christiana's property when completing Rome Marathon in March - the property was perfectly located, easy walking distance to many of the areas we wanted to see. The property was clean and ideal for our needs. The lift was also very helpful post-marathon! Christiana made the check-in process very easy, and we had a fabulous stay.

Perfect location for a Rome Get-away!!

This was the perfect location for our vacation in Rome! Close enough to the Colosseum, yet far enough away that you weren't in the middle of crowds. Lovely restaurants and small markets very close to the apartment. We were able to attend Palm Sunday Mass in English at the Basilica on our street - what a treat! The apartment itself was also perfect! Our host was easily reached via WhatsApp and made us feel very welcome and well supported during our stay. If you are looking for a place to stay in Rome that is close to historical sites, this is the place!

Terrific locaction to explore Rome

The apartment is depicted well in the photos, it is efficiently laid out and very comfortable. We loved the neighborhood and the location. We wanted to revisit several nearby sites, so we used it as a 2 day layover and it was perfect. Christiana was very easy to communicate with and the check in process couldn't have been easier. And she allowed us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you for everything.

Vacation

Check in was perfect. Our collaborator went over everything with my son and myself. She even arranged for a taxi to take us to the train station on Christmas Day. Christina was in touch with me either through e mail or what’s app. Very clean, comfortable. We walked to the Colloseum. Beautiful neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place. Great location.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights -- and loved it. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Cristiana and Joyce, which helped us feel quite at home. They gave us a quick orientation. Not only to the place, but to the city. (It was our first visit to Rome.) Cristiana was a terrific resource for us during our stay, offering counsel and a taxi reservation for our early morning flight home. The apartment is a delight. Great bed and shower. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Perfect for our needs. Loved the building and its courtyard, too. And the location is wonderful. Close to the Colosseum and several other gems, including the fascinating Basilica of Saint Clement (en route to the Colosseum) and the stunning Basilica of St. John Lateran. Both are worth a visit. I highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Perfect Apartment and Neighborhood in Rome

We arrived on Christmas Day and Christiana met us at the apartment. The size and layout of the apartment were so well matched to our needs. My daughter stayed on the sofa bed and said it was firm and comfortable. The bathroom is between the living area and bedroom. This makes it easy to enter, without having to walk through the bedroom. The building is very secure and the neighborhood was very well lit and safe. Basilica di San Clemente al Laterano Is just down the street. I attended mass one morning and the attending sisters sang part of the mass in Italian. I highly recommend this apartment for its location, layout, cleanliness and the wonderful owner. We also did an evening tour of the Colesseum and that was a great way to see the site and avoid all of the daytime crowds.

Great apartment in convenient location

We stayed here for three nights while in Rome. Cristiana's husband met us at the apartment when we arrived. He was very pleasant and showed us the apt. The location is very convenient (near the Coliseum), Very clean and well stocked. The apt was just as advertised and photographed. The bed was comfortable as well. We used the market next door for produce, yogurt, milk and other breakfast needs. They also carry wine, beer, water and other drinks. Numerous restaurants and coffee shops down the street towards the Coliseum. Communication was great throughout the entire process from booking and throughout our stay. The hosts were available via WhatApp throughout our stay. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and in the building. Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful apartment. We would definitely stay here again if ever in Rome and would highly recommend this apartment.

Large Apartment next to the coliseum

The apartment is spacious and located in a small, quiet neighborhood just off the street leading to the Colosseum. Despite a few issues during our stay, I still gave it four stars thanks to Christina’s care and responsiveness.We experienced some problems—the AC wasn’t working for part of our stay, the safe was not functional, and the building’s front door was broken. While I understand that unexpected issues can happen, especially in an older Roman building, I do feel that many of these could have been addressed before guests arrived.That said, Christina handled everything with professionalism. She issued a refund for the days we were without AC and even had her nephew bring us a standing fan, which was a huge help given the intense summer heat in Rome.I recommend confirming the apartment’s amenities with the host before your arrival. Christina was incredibly responsive and helpful—and to me, that’s one of the most important aspects of a great Airbnb experience.

Terrific Rome apartment. Well equipped, super comfortable, and very spacious. Cristiana always answered our questions immediately. The location was absolutely perfect. Inconvenient location

Francesca did a good job at checkin. Bed was comfortable. Tv had many English speaking programs. Internet was very good. Kitchen and laundry soap supplied but bring your own shower soap and shampoo. Appliances were good. The location has a big parking problem. There are no taxi stands nor metro nearby. If you call a taxi you must speak Italian. There was one taxi that responded in English but never showed up is spite of numerous calls. I called host to help but she did not respond. We missed our bus to Sorrento. If you’re an excellent walker you may do well.

The place enhanced our experience! Not only is the location very convenient to the Colosseum area but the apartment is located in a very old building with beautiful architecture and a very traditional Roman style of living. Our host Cristiana was AMAZING to work with! She arranged things special for us to make check in no stress after our flight was canceled. A lot of thought has been put into the apartment and it has a very nice style and decor and the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. It had everything we needed including a clothes washing machine. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer!
