Gorgeous room, very accomodating, they let us in 2 hours before our check-in time. Nice view. Recommended 💯% When we go back to Venezia, will stay at this property again.

They have good service and the location is great. Close to most turist atractions. The room was clean but very small. Is good for one night maybe two,
Excellent location, very friendly family hotel. Compact rooms and basic facilities, but excellent value for money and so much to see and do on your doorstep.
Great location. Right in Monti and close to so many great bars and restaurants. 10 minute walk to the Colosseum and other historical sites. The bed was really comfortable. The staff was very friendly. 15 min walk from train station. Felt very safe.

This property served its purpose. Was clean, but a little tired. It was a great location for us as it was walking distance from the Train Station and was an easy walk to all of the sights we wanted to see. We were able to easily see The Collosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill, Trevi Fountain, Leonardo's statue of Moses in a Basilica across the street and the Vittoriano Monument within 1 day.
The staff was supper friendly. It was close to many attractions and transportation. Close to many stores and restaurants. I felt safe at all times. I would definitely stay here again.
If your practical like us, it does its job. Great location, friendly service, high ceiling bedroom with large windows. 5 min walk to the coliseum and tons of restaurants in the area. Cleaning service every morning. Extra blankets in the closet & we went during spring time and didn’t need to turn on heating or cooling.
We stayed 3 nights in the family room.
Great location right near the Colosseum and Roman Forum, also close to the Metro. Service was great and the air conditioning was a welcome respite given the heat wave that was going on. It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room but that was a minor inconvenience. There is a mini mart next door where we could get cold drinks.

The location is amazing! So close to the Colosseum and walking distance to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. It’s not a regular hotel so some coordination is required to make sure they’re there if you want to drop bags early to start sightseeing. We loved the food at the restaurant downstairs. A few things were less than ideal: the hot water in the shower stopped working. They tried to fix it but it was then going back and forth from really hot to really cold. There are no blinds in the bedroom so it was very bright in the morning. Lastly, there wasn’t a railing on the top bunk so we were too nervous to have either kid sleep there. Upsides were the location and working air conditioning. The bathroom looked newly renovated. They also helped us with holding our bags before check in and after checkout.
Couldn’t find the entrance when we arrived but after finding the large wooden double doors with a buzzer to different homes/business it has the name of the hotel on one of the buzzer. When you walk in there’s a small elevator that works smoothly. Just make sure to close all doors so others can call the elevator. Front door has the name of the “hotel”. Check in with Anna was very quick and friendly. Room was clean and functional. Restroom a little small but also functional. Great experience overall.
did not realize it was a 'hostel' and not a hotel... this was not mentioned in the advertisement when we booked... the WiFi did not work well nor did the bidet... the best thing about the place was the proximity to the sites to see
It is located in primary place.easy access to many different attractions. Staff was friendly but this is not a hotel, it is kind of small business with few rooms. We should have got this information while booking as we paid almost same price as of the regular big hotel chains
The room was not comfortable wasn’t as expected the bathroom was stand ip small shower a big heavy person would not fit .They only clean and change sheets and towels every 3 days .The tv was smaller then 20 inches could not watch any channels. The building was not as pictured it was on 4th floor no name on outside had other apartments listed waited till someone opened the door outside to get inside. Then no more then 2 ppl can fit in small elevator had to go up 2x luggage wouldn’t fit with 2 ppl to close it.Was very old was worried we get stuck in elevator.overal i would not have stayed there.
Someone met us on the busy streets (make sure you look for the address above the door and the name on the buzzer pad) when we said we would arrive and promptly took us upstairs to floor that had the rooms.
The rooms were clean, had a big bottle of water waiting which was a pleasure as it was super hot! Room wasent huge but very clean and had everything we needed. The a/c was great compared to the previous few hotels. Overall awesome locations, was able to walk to so many attractions and restaurants. Easy to get a taxi to the airport when we left as well! Best place we stayed in our two week Europe trip! Thanks again

Si, pero es más como un piso con cuartos, no un hotel
No signage and very difficult to find and no necessary instructions were sent to us to assist. Air conditioning stopped working and we spent one night miserable and unable to sleep. Eventually we were moved to a different room.
