First let me say, the communication was incredible. Every question I had was answered promptly. They arranged my transfer from the boat to their location and then to the airport on the day we left. Lastly the location was perfect for us. We had no issues walking to both the Colosseum and the Vatican. I could not have been more pleased with my stay. Oh and the accommodations were exactly as described. The beds were comfortable and the entire building had an old world feel to it.
