Close to main train station. Lots of places to eat nearby. Beautiful park just at the end of street. Host very professional. Subway stop within 5 minutes. Good breakfast. Would go back.

Good location, good perks.

Federica was a superhost! The location was great. Breakfasts were good -- a mix of sweets and savories. I recommend the pensioners highly. And it was reasonably priced.

最高のおもてなし

Vittorio Emanuele駅から徒歩二分ほど。それと知らなければ通り過ぎてしまうような建物の２階部分がFederica's Homeです。民家にお邪魔するように、入口脇のインターホンを押して、鍵を開けてもらいます。鍵は、①建物入口　②Federica's Home入口　③自分の部屋　の３つあり、セキュリティはしっかししていそうです笑。コロッセオから徒歩10〜15分の立地。地下鉄でTermini駅まで１駅。地下鉄に乗ればバチカンなどの観光地まで１本で行けるので、非常に便利でした。治安も悪くなく、夜は静かに過ごせました。近くのスーパーではお土産をたくさん購入できました！ チェックインの際にはオーナーさんからローマ市内の観光案内を詳細にして頂けます。お部屋は広くて清潔で何も言うことなしです！朝食の時間をオーナーさんに伝えておけば、その時間にコーヒーなど振舞ってくれます。クロワッサンが美味しかったです。 私たちは４泊しましたが、うち1日はポンペイへ向かうために朝六時半に出発しなければならず、その旨を伝えると、「私はその時間は出勤できないけど、冷蔵庫のヨーグルトやパンを食べてもらって構わないから」と親切に答えてくれて、非常に助かりました！帰りのバスの予約チケットも印刷してくださり、宿泊期間中は常に「何か問題ない？」と気遣ってくれました。 ホテルとはまた違って、オーナーさんとやりとりしながらflexibleに対応して頂けます。おかげで、非常に良い旅行になりました。是非また利用したいです。

Great place to stay.

The service was excellent. We needed to get to a tour early in the morning and they served us breakfast 2 hours before their normal starting breakfast time. How nice was that!

Very nice place and we were well treated by Farhad when we arrived pretty early and way before check in time. He fed us a quick coffee and pastry and then let us store our stuff while we wandered Rome for awhile before the room was made up. Good, clean and great service. Thanks.

コストパフォーマンスの高い快適なホテル

部屋は清潔、イタリアではない事も多いドライヤーを含めたアメニティも完備。シャワーはありますが浴槽はなし。朝食もクロワッサン、ヨーグルト、ハム、チーズ、トマトやフルーツを自由に取れて、ジュースやコーヒーもあり。この金額であれば十分なレベルです。但し、トータル3部屋しかないB&Bなので朝食は他の宿泊客と比較的狭い場所で一緒に食べることになります。テーブルはお客さん毎にあります。ホテルの人も親切で、チェックインした時にローマのマップをくれて有名な観光地への行き方を教えてくれます。また私は現地でオペラをweb予約したのですが、そのeチケットのプリントアウトも無料で快くやってくれました。

Komfortables, sauberes Hotel

Es liegt ganz in der Nähe von der U-Bahn Station. Es gibt ein sehr gutes Restaurant und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Das Frühstück war gut und Federica war sehr hilfsbereit.

Propreté de l’hôtel, services de très bon rapport qualité prix, centre ville accessible à pied (15 minutes du Colisée à pied) ou en transports (métro à 50 mètres + bus). Petit déjeuner sympa (sucré et salé). Seul petit bémol, l'insonorisation mais c'est un petit détail car rue peu passante et nous qui n'aimons pas ça n'avons pas été spécialement gênés pour dormir avec une chambre côté rue...

Veldig tett på Termini og rask vei til det meste. Hyggelig betjening. Hadde rom to meter fra resepsjonen, følte for å viske på rommet. Dobbeltsengen er to enkeltmadrasser som deler seg, et mareritt å sove ! Veldig god frokost , rent og pent. Hadde anbefalt dette dersom jeg hadde fått sove!

Good receptionist and good structure

Staying at Federicas house was very good. The service quality was excellent: the receptionist gave us a map and a lot of informations about Rome and the best of all was that she brought me a soya milk when discovered that I am a milk intolerant one!

Federica looked after us very well. She was very helpful, served breakfast and gave advice about sightseeing. She also arranged a private taxi to return us to Ciampino airport. She was always calm and friendly and I would definitely recommend staying there.
