Lovely room in a great area and location. I would have liked to know that you need to text the hotel upon arrival to get in, as we were knocking on the door for some time before we realized. But once we got in contact with them everything went easy

Great stay in Roma

Location is excellent. There is an elevator in the building. Easy to get from the Termini train station. Not all rooms have a kitchen.

The host, David, was super responsive and very nice. The place was nice. Location was great as well. Metro was right at the corner. I believe the ac was not working that day but other than that everything else was good.

This place is great. Walking distance to spots as mentioned in add. Restaurants with great Italian food like Popolo Caffe. Clean and cute room! Fare price.Only parking in street, pay the spot(blue) overnight is safe although area doesn’t look like. Check in/out easy. I would recommend this place to my friends.

The place is wonderful! Location is excellent. Near the Piazza del Popolo. Quiet at night. The owner responds right away. Always there for your needs and queries. Beautiful, clean, safe and affordable.

Great place to stay. Host communicated very well. Place felt very safe. Room is beautiful, clean, good working AC, strong water pressure, nice clean sheets and towels. Beds were comfortable. Area is close to restaurants, shops, train station, bus stops and Popolo square. It also has an elevator. 20 mins walk to Spanish steps, 25 mins walk to Trevi fountain, 30 mins walk to Vatican. Would come back and stay here again.

The location is good. But there is not a studio. I expected to have my own kitchen like in the photo, but it wasn't there. Some things were broken. And it would be convenient to have a shelf for hygiene in the shower.

It was difficult to communicate with the host, and I only received the check-in instructions after multiple messages and after involving Expedia for assistance. Additionally, at 11:15 am—fifteen minutes after the official check-out time—as we were preparing to leave, the host abruptly cut the electricity to the air conditioning and main electrical devices (except for the lighting) instead of politely and directly requesting that we vacate the property. The shower was also extremely dirty in the corners, the soap stand was broken, and no shampoo was provided (the cleaner informed us we should use the shower gel as shampoo). Furthermore, the air conditioning unit was barely functional and struggled to cool the room.
