Séjour très décevant dans un établissement difficile à localiser, situé dans un environnement calme mais couvert de graffitis. Aucun accueil physique : tout se fait par WhatsApp, sans jamais rencontrer le personnel. Notre chambre n’étant disponible qu’à 17 h et aucune consigne sécurisée pour les bagages n’étant proposée, nous avons dû payer 130 € supplémentaires pour disposer d’une autre chambre plus tôt. Cette première chambre était inconfortable : mauvaise literie, spa en panne, aucune chaise ni véritable table. Le lendemain, notre chambre réservée offrait une meilleure literie, mais des équipements mal entretenus : sauna et douche-hammam défectueux, peinture écaillée, boutons cassés ou inopérants, brosse des toilettes cassée. Le sauna a même fait disjoncter le compteur électrique ! Toujours aucune véritable table, seulement un fauteuil inconfortable. Un éclairage au sol près du lit reste allumé toute la nuit, impossible à éteindre. À chaque sortie, l’électricité et la climatisation se coupent. Une seule clé pour deux personnes ! Enfin, aucune piscine, contrairement au descriptif sur Hotels.com. Un hébergement inadapté aux séjours de plusieurs jours, au confort minimal, sans accueil ni véritable suivi de l’entretien. Au regard du prix et des prestations annoncées, le rapport qualité-prix est particulièrement décevant. Nous déconseillons cet établissement.
