Excellent stay and great location for 3 nights. The staff was very friendly and available to assist anytime. The only down experience was during the checkout early morning as the person at the reception seemed to have been having a bad day, as he yelled at the driver that another hotel staff helped arranged the day before. He got upset when I gave the bags to the driver before we fully finished the checkout.

Absolutely loved hotel Alpi. Great location - close to Termini, hop on and off bus tours, restaurants & cafes. Staff were very friendly - would definitely stay here again if we return to Rome.
