Continental breakfast really good. Staff lovely. Property tired and dated but clean. 30 minute walk to Colosseum. 5 min walk to buses which now do tap and go with contactless card. We used google maps to help navigate and had a great weekend.

En la recepción fuimos atendidos muy familiarmente, el hotel te hace sentir realmente en Roma. Ese carácter de antigüedad. La cama no era matrimonial sino dos individuales juntas, lo cual fue muy incómodo dormir.

The best thing I can comment is the staff were very lovely and kind. The room was average but my shower was a horror show with the shower head not holding up. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear everyone come and go at all hours. There was a loud, horrible dog barking all night for two nights in a row which narrowed my sleep when already jet lagged. The provided breakfast was subpar and not worth $10 a day. This place is not close to anything!! Minimum 30 mins walk for anything. Would not recommend

Personale gentile e alla mano, ti senti quasi a casa tua. Colazione a buffet la mattina abbondante e di qualità. Unica nota meno positiva la moquette per terra che rende più difficile la pulizia e lascia un pochino di sporcizia, nulla di drammatico però. Ok for a city break

Room was small but ok - clean but a little dated. Bathroom was a wet room - only problem that when you took a shower it leaked through into the bedroom ( bathroom door and skirting were all rotten as a result. Continental Breakfast was good - great selection. Location was ok for seeing the city - about 10 mins to nearest metro station.

Made to pay tourists taxes THE MINUTE WE ARRIVED and ended up leaving 45 mins later as was too far away. The distance on the website WAS NOT what it was in real time. City centre over 35 min walk or 11mins by taxi. Not good enough. Would really appreciate the taxes back considering we didn’t stay there.
