A beautiful property with gorgeous sunsets a lovely albeit a bit dated pool but Scandinavian spa-like amenities included! Food was delicious and ample. Rooms were great and showers hot. Pillows were in need of replacement. Otherwise a a great stay!

It can not believe this is a four starts hotel…. Staff was nice however the hotel was old and like a hospital, but breakfast was good if you are able to wake up at 7 am which was fresh however you will be seat around all airline team together who are very noise

Hotel location was great for the Spanish Steps, staff were polite and the room was clean but small. The Ludovisi parking across the road was convenient and easy to find parking. The cost of parking there was about 25 euros/day which isn't bad. What let the hotel down was mainly the breakfast - it was terrible - not much variety and the quality was poor for a 4 star hotel - most of the time there was very little left by the time we got there. Not sure there were any amenities to speak of. The hotel seems to be a popular overnight/lay off location for airline staff rather than a place to welcome tourists. If you get a good price and just want a bed to sleep in then its perfectly fine for that.

Very nice and cozy hotel walking distance to some of Rome’s key attractions, such as Trevi Fountain. Attentive staff and varied breakfast. The rooms are clean and modern. This hotel is one of the highlights of my most recent trip to Rome!

This was a wonderful hotel—we arrived from a cruise very early in the morning. Not only did they get us into our rooms way before standard check in, but invited us to enjoy a snack or cappuccino from the breakfast area. They helped us arrange a transport to the airport and were just generally helpful and kind. Rooms were clean, new and spacious. Breakfast was very nice also!

Great stay in Rome

The hotel is in a very nice, quiet, safe location. It is within walking distance to most major attractions (If you don’t mind waking a bit; great way to see the city). The staff is friendly. Breakfast offers many yummy choices. The building is very well maintained, clean, and beds are comfortable. The room I was in could use some minor upkeeps, like wallpaper loose in some spots, phone hanging crooked on the wall, etc., but no real major issues. Overall it is a great place!

The hotel staff were very kind and helpful.‌ The hotel is a safe place and close to the city center. It was visible from the room when we were taking a bath. The breakfast was a little incomplete and if something ran out, it was not refilled. In one sentence, I can say that with this hotel price, you can book a good place and a good hotel staff

Service: The front desk agents were genuinely disgraceful, never in my life have we experienced such poor and such lazy hosting. We weren't welcomed, we weren't given any information, we had to ask where we go for breakfast and instead of telling us, the agent just points to the area, we weren't given any help with our bags. They read our room number out loud, gave us the key and sent us on our way with no direction. Check out was the same, no care about the stay, simply asked did you have anything from the minibar, pay the tourist tax and bye. They let us leave our bags there at least as we had a late flight and the bellboy was helpful. Hotel condition: lobby area and breakfast area was fine. The hallways on the other hand were like a cheap hostel, that coupled with the terrible service we felt like checking out and going elsewhere. The room was respectable and the bed was comfortable, the air con and cold fridge made all the difference and free water was topped up everyday which was great. The TV remote was absolutely disgusting. Breakfast: the breakfast team was great and all really friendly, what you would expect from hotel, the buffet options were fine, lack daily variety but was good. The only issue is the hotel is used as a layover for airline crew, so every morning the room is so crowded and they treat it like its their own personal canteen, mingling around standing up drinking coffee chatting. They should be hosted in a different area.
