Troppi lati negativi.

Torno dopo un anno nella struttura, in cui ci eravamo trovati abbastanza bene. Quest'anno tutto veramente peggiorato. Colazione: macchina del caffè non funzionante (sostituita per il giorno dopo), primo giorno senza tovaglioli. Camera quadrupla: il mio letto (che in realtà era un divano letto, nonostante alla prenotazione era indicato come "letto singolo") aveva le doghe letteralmente sfondate cadute a terra. Avendo fatto un check-in in serata non c'era nessuno a cui segnalarlo e ho dormito praticamente con la schiena a terra. In generale la struttura è peggiorata rispetto l'anno precedente: la carta da parati vicino il letto era scollata dall'umidità. L'unica cosa positiva era la pulizia. La nostra camera era accettabile da questo punto di vista e aveva bei terrazzi in ogni camera.

Uno dei peggiori hotel dove ho soggiornato. Scarsissima pulizia, macchie di sangue sulle lenzuola, ragnatele sui muri, bagno sporco con presa elettrica aperta in cabina doccia. Ciliegina sulla torta: alle 9 del mattino qualcuno è entrato in camera mentre ci stavamo svegliando, senza neanche (al limite) bussare. Da evitare come la peste.

È come un B&B ma completamente smart , se si ha un attimo di dimistichezza con gli smartphone è una figata ! Check-in in completa autonomia con app , apertura porte con app , parcheggio all'interno della struttura , la stanza era enorme sono rimasto a bocca aperta quando sono entrato c'era anche patio esterno , i servizi sono tutti a portata metro centri commerciali etc, lo consiglio e sicuramente tornerò in questo hotel

Zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt mit einigen kleinen

Die Erfahrung im Hotel war insgesamt in Ordnung. Der Check-in erfolgte über das Telefon, was zwar praktisch war, aber es wäre hilfreich gewesen, wenn es einen QR-Code oder einen Link am Empfang gegeben hätte, der direkt zur Anleitung geführt hätte. Stattdessen erhielt ich die erforderlichen Informationen über WhatsApp, was ein wenig umständlich war. Die Zimmer waren sehr gross geräumig und komfortabel. Leider fehlten in der Küche Kochtöpfe, was die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten etwas erschwerte. Ein weiterer Nachteil war, dass einige Tapeten von den Wänden abblätterten, und es gab auch eine unangenehme Anzahl von Mücken. Trotz dieser kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten war der Rest des Aufenthalts angenehm. Das Badezimmer war sauber und gut gepflegt. Ein großer Pluspunkt war der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt neben dem Hotel. Die Lage war zwar etwa 30 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, aber insgesamt war es ein akzeptables Hotel

Nice

We stayed here as our daughter is studying at Tor Vergata. A quiet area away from the bustle of central Rome. Lots of outdoor space and nice clean rooms.

Awesome staff and place. Loved it!

The young woman at reception was Awesome! She took such great care of us and helped us so much. She even drove us to Metro station when she knew we were kind of confused on how to get around. We cannot express our gratitude enough. We would gladly stay with them again in a heart beat and if we return to the area we will.

Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Service-Team. Man hat das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Das Frühstück wird im Hotelzimmer serviert (jedenfalls war das bei uns so). Für Gäste, die ohne Auto anreisen, ist es allerdings nicht ganz so einfach, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu dem Hotel zu kommen. Das Hotel liegt in einem Wohn- und Gewerbegebiet. Wenn man weiß, wie das geht, ist das aber eigentlich auch kein Problem. Deshalb hier die Wegbeschreibung: Mit der U-Bahn-Linie A bis Endbahnhof Anagnina. Den Ausgang in Fahrtrichtung nehmen und am Busbahnhof in die Bus Nr. 47 (Circle Line) einsteigen. An der Haltestelle Schiavonetti aussteigen, Straße überqueren, über eine Wiese gehen und rechts in die nächste Querstraße gehen, das ist die via Sante Vandi. Das Hotel liegt nach ca. 150 m auf der rechten Seite. Sehr hilfreich für die Benutzung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in Rom ist die App "Citymapper". Schönen Urlaub!

Zum Rom erkundigen ideal, das Kolloseum ist in 10Fahrminuten erreichbar. Personal sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Für Familien sehr geeignet, jedoch ist die Umgebung nicht sehr einladend aber da man sowieso täglich von 09-22/23h unterwegs ist, spielt das ja keine grosse Rolle.

Piacevole sorpresa!

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte (2 adulti e 2 bambini). La camera al di sopra delle aspettative: ampia con 2 terrazzi dove poter fare colazione (portata direttamente in camera). Unica nota ...moquette nelle due camere..fa un po' retro' ma non sapeva di polveroso come di solito succede. Tutto era molto pulito. Chissà quando torneremo a Roma ma di sicuro torneremo li; il personale (Stefano, Lorenzo e Gianni ) è stato di un'accoglienza e di una simpatia e disponibilità unica mai incontrata prima. Pratici, gentili, alla mano ci hanno dato indicazioni preziose, risolto un impiccio in cui ci siamo trovati e accompagnato e ripreso alla metro più vicina per consentirci di visitare Roma senza dover pensare anche alla macchina. Super! Grazie

Far from centre, costly travel

Very unfriendly staff, felt confused and alone. We also got moved to another hotel without our consent because the hotel we booked was occupied even though we booked it 6 months earlier. Expedia.co.uk who we booked with were not very helpful in this situation ethier.

Very nice small hotel.

This hotel had very spacious rooms and it was updated and nice. Everything worked great in the room, and it was very comfortable. It was just outside of Rome, which was nice and quiet but still convenient if you have a rental car like we did.
