The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel reached out to us a few days before we arrived and arranged transportation from the airport. The concierge was extremely helpful scheduling tours and transportation throughout our trip. I wish I could give more than five stars!

Very close to the stairs, surrounded by business districts, very safe and lively! Although the overall facilities are not very modern, they are very clean and cleaned in a timely manner. The staff are very professional and enthusiastic, and it feels very warm. Very good value , will come again in the future.

This was the perfect location! Close to the metro line, taxi stand , restaurants shopping and the Spanish Steps!. The staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet. Plenty of space in the room for luggage and souvenirs! Would absolutely recommend this to anyone planning on coming to Rome
