I thought I was booking a boutique hotel, I wasn’t expecting luxury but they sent my family to a building around the hotel which is terrible, old and so inconvenient to go with children. Old elevator, creepy building. Super disappointed. To be fair, the stuff is very helpful and is the room is pretty clean.

The staff here were so friendly and helpful. Our particular room was a part of their annexed area and the gentleman walked us outside and showed us the way. When we checked out we had hours to kill before our train and they allowed us to leave our bags there in a secure space. They also offer a decent breakfast for 5€ per person. I was happy with our accommodations.

On the plus side the Piemonte Hotel is conveniently close to Roma Termini, nice restaurants and bars, my room clean, the bed comfortable. O On the minus side, the room I was in (220) could do with quite a bit of updating and needs general maintenance ie light switch plate hanging off the wall, evidence of rust in the bathroom towel rail, overflow unit in the bath missing etc

Excellent value for money! Great hotel!

Excellent location very close to Roma Termini train station. Breakfast is included, which was a nice perk. Room is small but comfortable and includes a mini-fridge, which is one reason why we chose this hotel. Very nice, friendly desk staff, on site 24 hours.
