The staff was wonderful. Especially Katerina. She welcomed us and solved any problems we had with taxis, restaurants, and sights. Breakfast was made to order and food was good and fresh. When I return I would definitely stay here.

Property was spotless, staff were very helpful and the hotel was very conveniently situated for what we wanted to see and do. Some areas of the hotel could do with updating but this did not affect our experience in any way and we would definitely stay there again.

Great location in Trastevere, small rooms but comfortable. Bathroom amenities minimal, small daily soap only, no hair or body products. 3 daily Breakfast options, but they were fresh and adequate. Staff excellent, very helpful.

Wow. What a great place to stay. The hotel was clean and the staff so friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, not far from the tram and a short walk to loads of decent restaurants and what felt like real Italy. The roof top bar is a perfect place to end the day and relax with a nice drink and food if you want it. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay at this Hotel again. I was surprised that this hotel was only three stars, it should definitely be 4.

The San Francesco hotel lived up to its reviews! It was located off the beaten path from all the hustle and bustle of central Rome. The staff was absolutely delightful, informative, warm and extremely helpful! It was wonderful to walk a block into the heart of the local restaurants and wine bars. Get the breakfast each morning, it’s well worth it!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the hotel itself was nice and cozy, perfect for what we wanted. The only issue we had was the plumbing in our room. The sink and the shower were both clogged and slow draining. So, when taking a shower, the water rose a couple of inches around our feet. Same with the bathroom sink. We were only there for 1 night, so it wasn't too much of an issue. We informed the staff while checking out, and they expressed concern and called maintenance right away. Hopefully the next guest to stay there had a smoother experience. Other than that, we enjoyed our short stay.

We loved our stay at the Hotel San Francesco. The entire staff was incredibly gracious and helpful. Liz at reception gave us great recommendations, we enjoyed chatting with her. Smiley truly lives up to her name, lovely and helpful. We enjoyed apperitivos at the rooftop lounge and were never disappointed with the food, drinks and service. We appreciated that they offer breakfast since most of our party prefers having a nutritious full breakfast before getting those 10k steps a day. The rooms are clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you all for such a wonderful stay in Rome.
