A little difficult to find and it's hit or miss with street parking, but the staff is great and the room super clean and comfortable. Added bonus is the in-house restaurant and bar so if you arrive and are too tired to head out, you can get a great meal right there.

This place was a dream, the staff was amazing! We were a little worried about the location, although it turned into a dream! Close to train station, and the amount of liveliness in the area at night was great! We will definitely be back in 2020!!!

Wonderful hotel staff and lovely stay

The balcony was a great aspect of the room. We enjoyed eating our dinner out there, while enjoying the view if the basilica. Our room was always tidied up very promptly and thoroughly. The front desk staff was very, very helpful. We were able to book a tour of the coliseum and palatine hill with their help. The car service to the airport was worth the cost, and was in fact, slightly cheaper than taking a train to the airport. On one of the nights we stayed, front desk gifted us a bottle of Prosecco. We were so pleasantly surprised, we thought it may have been sent to the wrong room by accident. Front desk staff was very hospitable, and their only concern was with the quality of our stay. I can't say enough about this hotel. Highly recommend.

Excelente hotel

Excelente experiencia con el hotel, nos dieron check-in temprano (8:30am en vez de 3pm), entonces pudimos descansar llegando del largo viaje. Nos hicieron un upgrade sin cargo a una habitación más grande con balcón. Hay cerca una estación de metro (muy importante, solo hay 2 líneas de metro en Roma) y hay varias estaciones de autobús. En un inicio la zona puede parecer un poco "peligrosa" porque es obscura y hay mucho graffiti, pero con los días podrás ver que es así en casi toda la ciudad. Hay un McDonald's cerca por si quieres una opción barata de desayuno.

Our room had a nice large private terrasse, but no interesting view. The breakfast was good. The location is far from downtown Rome, do expect a commute to reach the main sites.

Was okay Easy to catch the train but the neighborhood is scary at late night. Breakfast was gd but they re very sharp concerning its availability. Stuff are friendly. The terrace is not worth it At all if u re not a smoker. NothIng but 2 plastic chairs.

The property is modern and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is slightly out of town. It’s right by the metro station which is great but unfortunately during the time of my stay the metro closed at 9pm at night - which wasn’t ideal.

I did not like being separated from other family members that I was traveling with. I did not like being in the last room on our floor, by the exit sign, I did not like having a handicap room and not being able to change it, having to bend to brush my teeth and comb my hair. The toilet was too tall for me, so I really did not care for the bathroom. some room had remote controls with English as a language our TV did not. Imagine booking rooms with your daughter and grandson and one person is in 306 and the older people are in room 333. The rooms were booked the same night, by the same person on line. Does any of the hotels have meats for people that don't eat beef and pork. The breakfast was nice but it was not filling for me and my diet.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und schon eingerichtet. Die Terrasse war phänomenal. Das hotel ist relativ gut gelegen. Die Bahn braucht nur 10 min bis zum Zentrum.

The pictures are deceiving, don’t be fooled! The neighborhood is terrible! It’s all tagged up, there is nothing close, and it’s a scary place to walk around day or night. It’s far from everything!!! You will need to take a taxi or metro if you choose to any place that you want to go. The taxis from the hotel to colosseum which it’s the closest costs $30e. As soon as we walked in the hotel it smelled so much like cigarettes! The smell was awful!! It stayed that way for our two day stay. The bed was one of the most hardest beds that I’ve ever slept on! It was terrible! I woke up several times at night bc I was so unfortunate and how hard it felt! Both my husband and I woke up with backaches. The only pro is that the staff was nice and friendly. But I would never stay here again nor recommend this hotel to anyone! It’s not a 4.5 star hotel!

Staff was very nice and hotel was easy to access. Only complaint was beds weren’t as comfortable as we were hoping but otherwise great stay and easy transportation to airport.
