The staff were very friendly, and the location was excellent — within walking distance of all the major attractions in Rome as well as the metro, which made getting around the city very easy. The rooms could definitely use an upgrade, but the bed was comfortable and everything was clean.

Clean, Friendly and Convenient

The hotel is conveniently located 5 metro stops from Termini, the check in was easy and staff were friendly. We left our bags with the hotel whilst we explored on our last day which they were happy to do Staff were brilliant with information on local areas for food at 10pm. Only downside was the room being smaller but for our trip we slept, woke up early and was out by 7am.

The front desk young man was excellent and helpful with a variety of requests and needs. I really appreciated his efforts to make our stay comfortable. The piazza in front of the hotel is under construction and made the entrance a little difficult.
