We booked a quad room (2 twin beds, 1 large double), very clean and lots of space - the bathroom was HUGE. Beds were all very comfortable and had lots of space to move around. We did get breakfast one day which was very nice to have brought directly to the room - tasted great. There is an espresso machine in the room and a filter coffee maker available anytime in the common room as well. Location is 10/10 - easy walk to major sites, churches and about 1.2km to the metro (an easy walk though). Staff were friendly and helpful with us arriving early. It can be slightly hard to find the entrance - there is a restaurant patio outside and was easy to miss the door in the traffic of people. It is on a main street (at least our room was) but the windows kept the noise down and we only heard trucks hit a pot hole outside during the night every once in a while. There are stairs and we didn't end up using the elevator as we were only a 1/2 staircase up to our room from the elevator - its an old building as the elevator stops between floors. If you have mobility issues this would be an issue otherwise we didn't find it to be a problem.

Only few mins walk from Trevi Fountain, central and safe location with lots options for food. Hotel staffs were super friendly. Room were spacious and we enjoyed our breakfast by the window !

Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. The "free breakfast" was the best in-room breakfast experience we've ever had. We also loved the location which is convenient to everywhere. The room was spacious and the AC was cool (important in summer!) we need to catch an early flight in the morning. They left us a tray of breakfast in our room the night before, that was very thoughtful. Also the hotel staff helped us to get a taxi early morning. We loved our stay so much and would recommend this hotel to all of our friends!

Really liked the place and it was very clean! Breakfast was delivered everyday to the room which was nice and you can order extra. Location is near the Trevi fountain in a busy location with access to many places. The reason why I give it a 3 star is because they recommended that I eat downstairs at the restaurant and I was scammed $129 euros for a lobster pasta dish and I am not sure if there is some type of kickback between the hotel and the restaurant.

Lovely stay in the heart of the city. Our room was spacious and comfortable with high ceilings. We could easily walk to many sights. The breakfast delivered to our room was delicious: pastries and bread, cured meats, cheese, yogurt, fruit, juice, cappuccino… The only challenge was the elevator situation. Because it’s an older building and it appears the elevator was added later, the elevator does not stop on every floor and instead stops at the landing between, so it is necessary to carry your bags up a half flight of stairs and down a half flight of stairs. The staff was very helpful in assisting us with us though. Overall, we loved the hotel and location, and we would definitely stay here again.

this place was an absolute gem! located in such a central place, making it so easy to walk everywhere. the fontana di trevi was less than five minutes away by foot! and the rest of the city was so easy to explore from here. the actual facility was so well maintained. beds were incredibly comfortable! and staff were both so kind and helpful — offering great recommendations and options depending on what we wanted to do for the day. complimentary breakfast was very nice. we filled out a form for what we wanted and when, and it was brought to our room the next morning! this place is an absolute gem. 10/10 would recommend staying here. when we return, will definitely be booking them again (:

This hotel was absolutely perfect! The location was amazing. We could walk to everything, the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great every morning, the room was large enough for all four of us, comfortable, and very clean. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. Also, it is perfect for a family of four. This hotel was one of the best!

Amazing staff, helpful and friendly! Quick to help in any way. Room was spotless and clean! Breakfast was served to your room (perfect for when you’re still tired from all that walking). Location is excellent! Highly recommend this hotel and I look forward to returning! P.S you need to navigate stairs to get to the lobby no problem if you’re knees are in working order!

Gostei muito da localização sendo proxima aos principais pontos turísticos e também fácil para a utilização de onibus e/ou metrô. A Sra Nicoleta e sua equipe foram super atenciosos. Como melhoria talvez um elevador que parta já do piso terrêo pois os dois lances de escada para que possui malas são desgastantes.
